I've tried taking B Complex in tablet form several times in the past but the niacin flush always made me stop -- I thought I would give these drops a chance since I was such a fan of Zoomavit's D3. I am so glad I did as the drops are very easy to take and I love the taste unlike many of the reviewers. I get a nice energy boost in the morning and I don't have to worry about flushing either. This is my third bottle and I highly recommend these drops if you've had trouble with niacin flushing from other products.

This liquid really supports for my Neural health and I have been taken since 2 years ago. But this order, I recently received yesterday and I checked expired date the bottom printed I can’t clear see. Can I take it safely?

I purchased this because I was tired of using supplements like Mio, which have an intense flavor but only middling B-vitamin content. I wanted something a bit more efficient. I also exercise after work, and I'd rather not take a stimulant like coffee if I need to retire in 4h. This is a good middle-ground. -Flavor- It has the standard B-vitamin flavor, nothing special there. Citrussy is the primary word, a bit sweet, mildly caustic but nothing concerning. Palatable enough - I don't dread taking it. -Effectiveness- Speed of effect is difficult to judge in a reliable way. I would say about 20m to full effect, but this depends on your level of activity and caffeine consumption. If you take it before stretching, or before your warm-up, it should take effect by the time you hit your main workout. I've noticed no significant difference between sub-lingual and swallowing the liquid directly. I've also not noticed a substantial difference between .5ml and 1ml doses. Duration of effect. Also hard to judge. Maybe 2-3 hours total, with the peak coming fairly early. I haven't tried this on a long hike yet, so I can't confirm long-term energy production. Intensity of effect is mild, but measurable. All my runs, for example, are better with the B-Complex, by about 30s over three miles, especially if I'm running on an empty stomach. It seems to aid resistance training as well, making the sets more comfortable to start and finish, rather than improving performance. -Conclusion- I believe this is a useful supplement for my purposes. I don't take it every day, so I cannot comment on its usefulness for a daily dietary supplement, but for improving workout performance, it seems to work quite well. That said, I've also tried the less expensive "Nature's Bounty B Complex with B12" and cannot tell the difference between that supplement and this one. Either are fine for my purposes - it's a much more effective delivery vehicle for the B-Vitamins than the alternatives.

I have to say that this B-Complex tastes great. I have a huge sensitivity to the taste of vitamins and this one doesn't taste of medicine at all. Some reviews have stated that the dropper doesn't fill up. If you read the dosage instructions, you'll see that the dropper fills up halfway, which is the recommended dosage. I will definitely be ordering this brand again. Thanks so much for a great product!

Using this for my wife, she hates pills. I've been adding to her oatmeal in the morning, and she has not gotten tired of it, yet. Only issue I have is the dropper has no mark on it to show where the 1mL mark is. Update review - the original bottle I received the dropper did not have the 1 mL mark, but this new bottle does have the marking on the dropper and not so easy to see. I've upgraded the rating to 5 star from 4.

I can tell an immediate difference in how I feel. I have more energy too. My 17 year old grandson couldn't get past the taste but it's no big deal to me. I take this with Fibrolief and it's a terrific combination for me. I went from being a dead head with no energy to being able to get out of bed, work a 32 hour a week job, cook on my off days, clean the house and just feel better.

I really wanted to like this product because the Vitamin B I was previously taking were large pills and difficult to swallow. The taste of this liquid was horrible. I decided to finish the bottle but I will not order again since I should not dread taking a vitamin. In addition the stopper does not pull up more than half the required amount so you have to keep sucking up liquid and taking until you get the amount you want.
