I have NEVER been able to cut sweets out of my diet. I'm female, 5" 6" and I now weight 129 pounds. Before doing this cleaning I was 155 pounds and eating not so well. I was able to cut out ALL SWEETS AND BREAD out of my diet 100% after using this cleaning. Since I changed my eating I have so much energy. But I did go organic and cut out all GMO food. I REALLY BELEIVE THIS IS WHAT DETOX MY BODY AND NOW I DON"T CRAVE ALL THAT JUNK!!

Very usefull
This product was very useful, I got it a week before I had to get tested for drugs in my system and it cleaned my whole system and passed every test.

Used for a minor detox
I liked it, not loved it. The detox was delayed by about 24 hours and when it did work it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It's ok. Wouldn't buy it again.

Waste of money
I feel like I was drinking calories and is more of a meal replacement. Taste wasn't too bad but if I am spending money on this, I would expect it to do something. It's more of just aimlessly drinking this for 2 days. Just don't buy this product.
