Where to purchase Dust cup????
Only within 2 years of very rare use, dust cup of my Vacuum cleaner (Forbes easy plus 800W) is weared out. There are small holes found on dust cup. Using Vacuum cleaner in such conditions will damage motor. Kindly provide dust cup purchase source otherwise it will be of no use.

Damaged unreturnable product
Faulty and damaged product sent, despite complaint to Amazon no action taken for even refund even after the agents agreed Seems that I was scape goat for dumping faulty material

Useless product
Stops working after every 50-60 seconds because of excess heat, need to stop for 3 minutes for cooling.

Good, But Needs An Extra Brush
I purchased this vacuum cleaner locally and have been using it for the last two weeks. Based on my experience of using vacuum cleaners in home for the last 30 years, I will say this vacuum cleaner is good as per it"s size. Suction is good, dust bag is a bit small, so needs frequent emptying. Does heat up quickly, but have not faced any tripping issues, though I use it intermittently, as a hand held vac should be used, not running it for more than 6 or 7 minutes at a stretch. The only con is another general/ multi purpose brush (more or less the same size as the upholstery brush provided) with bristles should have been provided, having the facility to be connected to the hose or extension pipes. Such a brush will be useful for cleaning shelves and other hard surfaces and also car interiors. Lack of such a brush severely impacts and limits the usage of the vacuum cleaner. The small bristle brush provided connects directly with the vacuum cleaner and is not suitable for cleaning shelves and hard surfaces and also car interiors, because of two reasons. One is the brush being too small, the suction becomes too strong and does not move freely on all surfaces and secondly it attaches only directly to the vacuum cleaner and not the hose, hence not easy to maneuver it when cleaning closed shelves and car interior.
