Wonderful Fit-As Long As You Don't Wash Them!
I have purchased Dickie's brand for years while working in the veterinary industry and their scrubs were great. I imagined that their Polo shirts would be of the same quality. On arrival the top fit perfectly! It was only after I washed it in cool water and dried on the cool, permapress cycle that I got the shock as the shirt was not AT LEAST 2-3 SIZES SMALLER!I have only washed the one top and was about to wash the other two I'd just worn when I put on the newly washed one. It was so tight that I thought it was a different top and I took it off to check the label. It was a shock. I laid the three tops on the bed and placed the top seams of the shoulders in line to photograph the difference in the yet to be washed tops and the just washed one.

Great Shirt for work...
I purchased this shirt in a 1X Plus and I normally wear a XL. However, I wanted a slightly looser fit for work, which this shirt was perfect for. It is comfortably loose, but not very loose. I have curves, so I have to account for my hip width, which is a bit larger than my chest width. The upper portion of this shirt is looser on me (not horribly so), but it fits perfectly around my hips (I'm a size 16/18 pants). The reason I love this shirt is that it is generous in length and in the sleeve. I can move freely without restraint around the arms and I don't have to worry about the shirt raising up too much when I raise my arms or bend over (I'm 5'10"). I have a very active job which involves a lot of movement, so i need to ensure that I am comfortable in my clothing. I have not washed it yet (just wore it around the house to test it out), so i cannot comment on whether or not it will shrink or fade. Though, after reading other comments I will most likely wash it on gentle cycle, cold water and then hang it to dry. The material is medium thickness, so it is not too hot in the summer. I also like that it is generous enough to allow for a thermal underneath in winter months. I gave it 4 stars because the black is a tiny bit faded and it is not an extremely flattering cut (though not an ugly cut either...it's a style meant for work). All in all though, a great purchase so far.

Way off on sizing!
I ordered one size larger than usual just to be on the safe side. It was if I’d ordered 2 sizes too small. I checked the tag and it indeed have the size I ordered. The sleeves fit like cap sleeves. It was a disaster. I ended up donating it.

Nice in every way
Good thick fabric. Longish cut, which I like. So far it has been durable. I ordered this one because I liked the navy one I bought earlier. This is just as nice.

I have searched high and low for a plus size ...
I have searched high and low for a plus size polo for work that isn't too baggy or too short or has extra long sleeves. This is the one. I bought a polo at Lane Bryant with a deep v-neck that really gave everyone a show when I bent over and with my job I was highly uncomfortable trying to manage my clothes on top of running around. This has been a life saver similar to the Croft and Barrow polos that they no longer make. Will definitely be repurchasing!

Fantastic
I was leary of buying these shirts as women's plus size shirts are hard to fit.... these are exactly as I expected and fit very nicely.

My search continues
I'm 5'1", normally a solid 3x in women's brands like Erika, Sag Harbor and also former polo purchases thru Lands End (the "relaxed fit" pique polo before they changed the sleeve style). The Dickies polo is marginally more generous in sleeve length than current Lands End option, but unfortunately a bit narrow in overall cut. Would have preferred a bit more room in the chest area and hips - the cut is straighter than expected for a "women's" style. If you're on the larger-breasted side, 3x fits more like a men's xxl. The length is good, however - for me a bit long but still within reason.

I normally wear a 1X top but this shirt is cut-in a bit in the middle so the body was too tight on me. Shoulders and sleeves were perfect though. Great if you have big arms (no tiny little cap sleeves here). I exchanged the 1X for a 2X which is too big all over but I’m hoping the dryer will shrink it down. As for quality, this shirt is as good as anything you’d find at Land’s End for half the price.
