It's well made, comfortable and size and shape is appropriate for its purpose. One problem though - the foam is too soft. I often wake up with my knees almost touching. So as a soft pad between your knees - yes, it works. If I bought it just for cushioning I'd give it 5 stars. But not so good at spacing your legs out when sleeping on your side. And this is why I bought this item, hence only 3 stars.

Literally one of the most resistant and comfy. Specially if you suffer pain in your knees or Hips. I had one for a long time before and am now ordering another for my Wife. As she also suffers from hips and knee pain as most of us do when we’re sadly not so young. You can put any cover on them that are made for this design. Sadly this company does not sell spares

I purchased this for my partner. She’s a side sleeper and has been suffering with lower back pain. Out mattress isn’t old so figured it shouldn’t be that. After some reading, leg alignment for side sleepers can cause lower back pain. After just the first night with this pillow she reported an improvement with her back. And now after a couple of weeks she has stop complaining of back pain in the mornings. Easy to recommend on this basis. The only downside, in the summer months this is likely to make her feel warm or possibly too warm. She’s someone that likes to be cozy and feels the cold. With the current climate, she’s loving the extra warmth she feels from having this memory foam pillow sandwiched just above her knees. Something to keep in mind if you are not so cold temperature sensitive and more likely to get too hot. 5/5 for the purpose I purchased it for.

Super helpful for pregnancy. Sleep has been really difficult while pregnant. Sleeping on your side means all of you weight goes through whichever hip you're laying on. I've been pulling my top leg up and over to compensate for this, but then you're left with glute pain which is just as annoying and wakes you up just as often. I ordered this pillow and started sleeping with it between my legs - amazing! Hip pain is still there but no more glute pain. Only downside is it's a bit of a struggle to get the cover off, so I've only washed it the one time. Price is maybe a little high for what it is, but it does help.
