I bought the XL b/c of previous reviews. I'm 5'9" and weight 185. This held up fine with it's first use at a picnic. Way better than sitting on the ground without back support! This product was more than I expected. It folds up for easy travel in the car. It came in a plastic bag with handles that I can use to easily carry it. It is also adjustable! It has around 4 different levels between completely flat and completely upright. When it's flat, you just hold the non cushion part and slowly move the back up and it'll click, locking it in place. You can keep going until it's completely upright and you can hear the click each time it locks into a new spot. If you go past completely upright, it resets it to go completely flat again. It's great for picnics and for watching fireworks. It allows you to sit back on it and relax without hurting your back. And the cushion is nice so your butt doesn't hurt from sitting on the ground for a long period of time. I bought 2, one for me and 1 for my girlfriend. I recommended it to a friend who has back problems.

Chair is listed as extra large what a joke not at all worth the 56 dollars they are asking for it. We purchased this as a gift for my wife’s sister for Christmas, I was embarrassed to give it to her when it showed up, we did she didn’t like it either. I tried to return it they wanted to charge me 12.50 for the original shipping (I’m a prime member and the item had free shipping, apparently not.) they also wanted to charge a 15% restocking fee. With the 12.50 charge the restocking charge and my shipping cost to send it back I will lose over half what I paid for it. We are still trying to sell it to someone; not looking good no is interested when they see the cheap quality of construction and size. I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend them to anyone, poor product quality and very poor customer service (I always thought the customer was always right).

I wish I had paid better attention and gotten the folding ones, but these are easy enough to take apart and put back together for convenient storage (suggest keeping the boxes they come in). They are also incredibly light to carry for a walk-in type of event. We used them last night at Cinespia and they were not only low enough to avoid blocking others' views, but were super comfortable on the ground. For my weight and size, the XL was perfect and the cushion did not go flat at all (which had been a concern due to my size). The back support was strong and comfortable for about 3 hours of sitting (there is no give on leaning back but the angle was perfect). I would highly recommend these for sitting on the floor and for any outside event (but make sure to use a blanket underneath as the cloth will become soiled without it). Navy blue is a nice dark blue color.

2 less than perfect things: 1) the 'seat cushion' seems smaller and less effective than it looks ... made me wonder if it had sat in its box in a vertical position for way too long and just got smushed by gravity or if it's just not as well made as the one I sat in that made me want one for myself. 2) The other issue I had was probably my ignorance ... I wanted this to use primarily as a back support for a Yoga resting position that involves putting the chair in a "downward facing dog" position, and with other pillows or blocks under each arm and knees and rolled blanket under neck, etc was HEAVENLY comfort ... but with this 3 way adjustable back, it won't hold the shape from that upside down position. However, I still like having it and my grandchildren will probably enjoy it too. Glad I got it on sale.

Looking at all the positive reviews online, I was very sure that this will be a good product but I wasn't impressed.First off - Out of the box - there is minimal assembly. You have to join the back rest wit the base and slide that in the chair cover.I ordered the XL size because my husband for whom I purchased this chair is 6ft 1in and would need something broad to be comfortable. But that was just one issue - There is no padding on the back of the chair and the metal rod which acts as a back rest digs into his shoulder. Further more, it was supposed to be a straight back chair but it doesn't stay straight when you lean your back to rest. The base is not stable and lifts up making it a little tilted and not straight. This might not be a big issue for others but i ordered it for meditation purposes and I needed a straight back chair.The major issue I had was that on contacting the seller, the seller agreed to take the chair back but didn't provide me a shipping label instead I paid the return shipping from my pocket. I will be careful when purchasing this chair because in the event that this chair is not something you want, you will end up paying for return shipping from your own pocket and shipping big and heavy items is not cheap. I used the cheapest method for shipping and it was 1/4th the cost of the chair.
