We prepared this healthy Mediterranean quinoa salad makes for lunch. It was really tasty although people say quinoa has no flavor. The tricolor quinoa is different and tastes so good when cooled with veggies It has enough protein and other good things to keep you satisfied. The falafels are also prepared using chick peas and quinoa and trust me they turn out really tasty. Storage is also easy, packaging is zip lock so you can keep in same. This is the perfect meal when you’re craving for vegetable-packed protein meal to stay in power.

From flavour to texture, this quinoa is definitely worth it. The colour adds texture to your dishes plus it doesn’t take much time to cook. It is really flavourful. Rich in protein and i have made variety of dishes using this. Plus point is its packaging. You don’t need an extra box. I like experimenting with dishes and it was realy nice. You can seal pack the package after the use and reuse it again.

Tricolour quinoa from pink harvest farms is a very healthy option for breakfast or meals. It cooks easily in 20 minutes and gives a very beautiful colour. This can be combined with vegetables, rice, sauces and chapatis for a meal combo. Too heakthy and tasty.

The packaging is very nice and aesthetic with a zip lock seal that is really good for storage. The grains look super fine and vibrant. It was so easy to cook just like rice and taste was amazing.

I love the packaging as once opened it can again be zip locked, so it’s easy to store. The grains are good in size and the colours makes the dish looks pretty. Soak it for 5-10 minutes and it will barely take another 10 minutes to cook. It’s good for making salads, pulao, khichdi. My personal favourite is to use it with salads or healthy bowls. I highly recommend this quinoa.
