Excellent value, quality and function
I love my new LUXE Bidet NEO 185. I found it very easy to install, leak free, comfortable to use, and a great solution to my personal needs. It’s nice for gal bits as well as the back end. It has a very low visual profile making it functional but not overwhelming in the space. The cold water is not an issue. It is not worth hiring someone to install an electrical outlet to upgrade to a warm stream. Unless you have a water heater next to your bathroom, it will take forever to get the water to the temp you expect before you are tired of sitting there. I use a bit of TP to dry off. Easy peasy.

Great Bidet!
I’ve had this Luxe Bidet Neo 185 for several weeks now and it has worked awesome. I purchased two different bidets for our home bathrooms, this one and the Aquaus handheld bidet sold here on Amazon. I wrote a review on that one as well linked here (http://www.amazon.com/review/R1VXFE804GKRST). Now that I’ve had some time to use both I prefer the Luxe bidet over the handheld one, with this Luxe bidet you don’t have to reach down below you with a spray wand between your legs or mess with any of that and it seems to get the job done better than using a handheld one. The installation of this bidet was fairly simple, just read the directions and watch the video and use an adjustable wrench and you’ll be fine. If you don’t have an adjustable water supply line hose connecting your water source to your toilet valve don’t worry they supply you with one in the box, I went out and bought one before I received this Luxe bidet and when I opened the box I saw they included one so that was nice of them to do. The only thing I didn’t like was the T-Adapter they include with this is plastic, I’m sure it would be fine for long term use or they wouldn’t include a plastic one, but I wanted to go with a metal T-Adapter with a shut off valve so if I wanted I could completely shut off the water going to this bidet. I purchased the “Luxe Metal T-Adapter” on Amazon to go along with this bidet but their metal T-Adapter is garbage and I had to return it. I gave that a 1 star review (http://www.amazon.com/review/R3VFI5W786WT7S) and I had the same issue that many of the other reviewers had where the threads on that T-Adapter just don’t thread on properly with your hoses so I returned that adapter and just used the plastic T-Adapter that came in the box with the Luxe Bidet Neo 185 and it worked fine without any leaks or anything. So if you want to just use the plastic T-Adapter that comes in the box that is fine, it shouldn’t cause any issues. But if you’re like me and you want a metal T-Adapter with a shut off valve DO NOT BUY THE LUXE METAL T-ADAPTER, I ended up purchasing the, “Aquaus Toilet Adapter/T-Adapter” here is a link, (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UO1O4HU) and it works perfect for this bidet. So if you want a metal T-Adapter instead of plastic get that one from Aquaus. So back to the Luxe Bidet Neo 185, it works great, it’s easy to control. One dial controls the water pressure and the other controls where the water hits you, the women setting directs the water stream at a slightly different angle then the other one. You can also turn the dial all the way to the right and do a nozzle cleaning. Controlling the water pressure is a little tricky, it’s very sensitive as other reviewers have said. You have to really turn the dial slowly as it increases the water pressure or you’ll give yourself an enema, haha. The product does a great job of cleaning you though, you hardly have to use any toilet paper, just a few pieces to dab yourself dry and that’s it. Every toilet in my house in the future will always have a bidet like this now. I haven’t had any leaks or issues with this bidet at all, I would definitely get a water alarm sensor though just to be on the safe side. You can buy a cheap water alarm sensor here on Amazon, here is link (www.amazon.com/Glentronics-Inc-BWD-HWA-Basement-Watchdog/dp/B000JOK11K). I have one set right below my toilet so if it leaks or anything it will cause the alarm to go off like a smoke alarm so you can be notified of the leak hopefully before it causes thousands of dollars in damage to your bathroom/house. So bottom line, this is a great bidet that comes with everything in the box that you need to install it. They provide you with a flexible water supply line hose in the box in case you have a hard fixed line on your toilet. The only accessories you might want to think about getting is a metal T-Adapter, but it’s not required, and a water alarm sensor which I would definitely get as a precaution so you can be notified if something ever leaks. This product is backed by an 18 month warranty as well so if you want a bidet that works great and is not super expensive, this gets my vote!

Clean, Easy, and Worth Every Penny
I’m really impressed with the Luxe Bidet Neo 185. The dual nozzles work exactly the way they should, and the self‑cleaning feature keeps everything fresh without any extra effort. The water pressure is easy to control, and both the rear and feminine wash settings are gentle but effective. Installation was surprisingly simple — no special tools, no drama. Once it was on, it felt sturdy and well‑made, not flimsy like some other attachments. It worked so well I went back and bought three more. Every bathroom has one now. Overall, this bidet makes a big difference in cleanliness and comfort. For the price, it’s honestly one of the best upgrades you can make to your bathroom.

works as intended
Easy to install, no leaking. Only issue (and it may just be my situation), the water pressure is the same no matter what level I use. I have to lean forward or move a bit to get the stream to hit just right, but it's a good investment and I'm not using as much TP as in the past.

ONE YEAR LATER - OK - My life HAS CHANGED - for the BETTER!!!!!
OK - so - I have travelled all over the world in my lifetime. Most other countries use Bidets. Funny thing is, whenever I would encounter a bidet; I would sorta laff and use toilet paper as always. In the last 15 years, I have had a lot of surgeries on my back. As I've got older and now into my 60's, wiping my tush had become an "Olympic Event". It's very hard for me to "twist", so it had necessitated 4-6 "Wipe Scoops" after a PooPoo. It got worse and worse, and I was really debating getting some sort of handle or grabber to hold the paper for me while wiping. I already have one for the shower to help me clean, but when wiping a PooPoo, I was sort of "on my own". It was getting very difficult. Among other things, I am an avid fan of South Park. One of their latest episodes was about Japanese Toilets and how much Toilet Paper Americans use. I had no idea the average American uses 140 rolls a year, and it takes over 30 million trees annually to produce all of America's toilet paper. Now, I am not some Psycho environmentalist, but heck, I don't wanna kill trees either. The real message I was getting from that episode was twofold: 1. Paper Companies don't want us installing bidets and 2. Bidets are pretty dang awesome. So, that was it. I wanted to try one - for real. After doing my research, I settled on this NEO 185 unit from Luxe. I love it. I also ordered the Luxe toilet seat, as I figured the fit would be not an issue. Installing this unit along with the Luxe toilet seat took me around 15 minutes. My first "Test Drive" was fascinating. Now, a few tips: Tip 1. - This unit is not heated - if you can't bear the thought of cold water - don't get it - I tell you, the cold water feels wonderful to me, but be advised, it will be the temperature that comes from your taps. Tip 2. - Many reviewers talk about bad supplies with the kit etc. - I say HOGWASH and POPPYCOCK. The hardware provided is top-quality, and in fact, I am not a fan of "Over-Tightening" things that have good rubber gaskets as these fittings have - I only did everything "HAND-TIGHT" and then an extra 1/4 turn, and the system is NOT leaking anywhere and works perfectly. Tip 3, - Getting used to using the system. My experience is such that if you just sit still in one spot and blast your tushy a bit, you will not get all the PooPoo. Without being gross here, you will find that moving your tush forward and backward a little bit here and there, flexing Mr. Brown Eye a bit, and opening your cheeks a little will work and get your butt squeaky clean. Once I found out the "trick" to my tushy and this system, I am CLEAN as a WHISTLE once I'm done using it. Tip 4. - Drying - This system doesn't have a drying mechanism either - so - you either use toilet paper and get a hand of wet, papery mush, OR you use a towel etc. and wash them in the washing machine after a few uses, OR - you do what I am doing. I am using the ONLY wipe that is rated SAFE for American septic systems - the Cottenelle Flushable Wipes. Do your research, and you will find out that ALL other wipes, baby wipes, etc. may SAY flushable - but really are not. So, after I am done cleaning my tushy, I use one Cottenelle Flushable Wipe - and it puts that final "Spit Shine" on it. GET THIS THING - INSTALL IT CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS - AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE - I DID

Great product. Must have
I wanted this because of an upcoming hand surgery. I wish I had gotten one a long time ago. It is a must have. Very easy to install. Functions well. Water temperature is fine, however, in Florida the tap is not very cold. Pressure is good.

4 years in and it's still doing a great job. I ordered the one with the lever. A few years later and it looks like the options and price have changed somewhat. Would still buy again 100%
