Stihl Tachometer RPM Indicator EDT 9

It is and OEM from Stihl, simple to use and its accurate. I use this for personal and working in the shop when adjusted 2-cycle engines. Using this for a while and its given reliable readings to this day.

It is a Stihl product meant for mechanics so there is very little information with the product on how to use the product. This is how YouTube always saves the day. The customer service and shipping was great as always though.

Although I have only used it once, it picked up the RPM very quickly, and I was able to make an adjustment and bring the saw back to the recommended idle specification.

Hubby loved it

My saw just never ran right from the day it was new. It does now and its a joy to use.

The only reason I didn't give this tachometer a five star, is you cannot replace the battery. Mine will probably sit on the shelf and eventually die.

aber um meine zahlreichen Zweitaktmaschinen vernünftig einzustellen ein durchaus brauchbares Teil, was mich allerdings etwas irritiert ist das bei keinem Motor eine konstante Drehzahl angezeigt wird (schwankt immer etwas obwohl am Gas nichts verändert wird) aber wird schon normal sein hoffe ich. Die „Bedienungsanleitung“ ist schon sehr dürftig und verdient die Bezeichnung eigentlich gar nicht, hier wäre noch Luft nach oben! Die Lieferung erfolgte prompt da gibt es nichts zu meckern, allerdings scheint es seit neuem bei Amazon Mode zu sein Stornierungen zumindest zu erschweren, als ich nämlich die Bestellung abgeschickt hatte kamen mir wegen des stattlichen Preises doch Zweifel ob für mich nicht ein billigeres auch reichen würde, also stornierte ich die Bestellung innerhalb von ein paar Minuten worauf ich aber keine Rückmeldung wie sonst üblich erhielt, am nächsten Tag kam dann die Versandbestätigung und 1 Stunde später die Benachrichtigung das die Stornierung nicht akzeptiert werden könne weil der Artikel bereits versendet wäre. Ich habe das Teil dann doch behalten aber irgendwie schien es mir als hätte der Verkäufer damit spekuliert das mir eine Rücksendung zu blöd wäre, aber wie auch immer das Ding tut was es soll und das hoffentlich noch sehr lange!
