Good product, easy to set up

The item was fine unfortunately I ordered it for Christmas and it only arrived a week ago. I asked to return it and the supplier kindly refunded the full amount but told me not to send the item back as i would have to pay freight. Excellent service and I will donate item to charity. Thank you!

I love it!!

The letters kept falling out, but remedied that by putting sellotape at the ends. Good value for money and really nice addition to be able to change the background colour..

I found the item much smaller than it looks in the sellers photos. Not worth the price.

decent brightness, a good amount of letters too, the wire is quite short but does the job

Very poor quality. Size not a problem, but USB connection cord doesn’t fit properly - have to keep holding it in place to keep the light on!!! So have to rely on batteries…! Badly designed.

Disappointing- whilst it is a small product, I knew this and it is very light that wasn’t the issue as it absolutely delivers what it says. However, My product was damaged and unfortunately I need it so I’m not able to return it back but you can see on the picture that I’ve attached. It’s what looks like a burn mark which is just above the s on the middle row to the right hand side. Really disappointing as I’m not in a position to return it as I need this for a project but it’s faulty.

There were a few scratches on the surface, but it doesn't impact the look in pictures.

Je n'avais pas bien lu les dimensions... Mais quand je l'ai reçu dans la boîte aux lettres : j'ai été très déçue de la taille. Mais elle a une jolie couleur.

smaller than I thought, but cute for a desk or shelf. My daughter loves it and changes the sayings
