First of all the product design was different than the one ordered. I got a V shaped cup than the U shaped mentioned. However I kept it since it was ok. Finish - Moderate. Not class. Color - Good combo for daily use. Not suggested if u want it out for guests or visitors. Matt look - Ok but could be a little more darker. The black is too light to be in contrast with the color. (Dont get distracted from the product pic). Microwave - Its safe....looks ok to keep for a minute....but note it gets hot... Overall - ok buy in the price.

Got the product delivered well packed and fast. However, the quality of the product was a huge disappointment as the painting on the glass were scratchy and pale. The edges of 2 ceramic glasses were poorly painted which effectively killed the look and feel of the glass. Also two glaased had black outside paint flaking which also spoiled the looks. The manufacturer/seller should have done some basic quality checks prior to packing to avoid such embarrassments to customers.

These ceramic cups have slightly thicker walls and therefore if you warm/heat up the cups before serving ,beverage remains hot/warm for much time.

Pretty decent cups, good for gifting also are great in size :) My mom loved it
