Walmart has it way cheaper , why not Amazon?

Every retailer you will find some products cheaper than others when comparing to other retailers. I did take a look at the product that walmart is selling for $17.75, please note that shipping and handling is an additional $6.99, so it would be more expensive than our product as if you are Prime member its free 2 day shipping. The other is listing at $21.68 with free shipping. We are technically cheaper for Prime members. Despite this technicality, there will be times that you can find items cheaper elsewhere.

Are they individually wrapped? Late expiration date?

Yes individually wrapped Expiration date will depend on which seller you are buying from. But the usual current stocks we see have exp date around June 2020, again cannot speak for all sellers on the item
