Good, little inexpensive set
Performs great for an inexpensive mouthpiece -- more than adequate for students, Ligature and cap fit well and are included.

Works just fine
This was for my sixth-grader on an old alto sax that we just got back from a friend. It is nice to start with a fresh mouthpiece. The price was right, it works great, and it was nice that it came with the ligature and the protective cap. Why pay more?

You Get What You Pay For
This item is the definition of "you get what you pay for"...it was a stocking stuffer for my son. He's a beginning player. The ligature is thin and the screws seem to turn and turn without really tightening the reed down well. We'll keep it until I run across a higher quality set up at a good price. For now, we needed something for him to use, while not having to share "mom's mouthpiece". I've played since elementary school. I'm not a professional by any stretch, but even for me, this product wouldn't suffice. Stick with a name brand mouthpiece.

openning
not open enough but it plays, needs #3 reed. good for soft music solo not for rock and roll or jazz

Works Wonderfully
I borrowed my friend's saxophone so I could figure out if I liked the instrument. I needed to buy reeds and a mouthpiece so I wouldn't have to use hers. The store from which I bought my Rico reeds sold mouthpieces for $120--much more than I could afford. There was actually a pawn shop that had marked down a saxophone to $100, so I could have bought that entire saxophone--which came with reeds--as opposed to the mouthpieces that store was selling. So I turned to the internet and found this one. I bought it a few weeks ago, and it works just as well as my friend's mouthpiece (if not better). I've used my friend's mouthpiece against mine, and I would say there isn't much of a difference if any as far as playing is concerned. My mouthpiece is slightly narrower and longer. Of course the ligature needed to be broken in, but it has worked wonderfully from the very beginning.Overall it's an awesome mouthpiece, especially considering the price.

Good quality and fits good.
Good quality and fits good on my alto saxophone. Don't forget package come only wit the 3 pieces shown in the picture. Still need to buy your reeds and cork grease.
