If you want to practice self-castration, then this is the product for you!
Absolutely ridiculous tether loop..... unless you have tiny gems to get in there....product is not at all resembling the real thing, and has more of a silly/comical look to it....it is a big toy, but it seem cartoonish in its disproportionality....For the price, it was worth the try, but ultimately, its a nut killer and it looks plain old goofy..... and that is the honest perspective from this once hopeful buyer....

Almost comically big
Since multiple products are mixed here, this review is for the 9" that has a curvy shape. It appears well made and unlikely to tear or be damaged but make no mistake IT IS BIG. Wearing it looks a bit funny, and the head is aggressive. The dimensions shown are accurate, and one to be aware of is the inside insertable length of 6.5". To be clear, for 85% of all men (and likely 98% of purchasers) there will be extra space inside leaving an air gap before the solid tip begins. That could be a problem.

Broke without use
The ball strap was so thick it broke and split when tried to put on. Only reason it got a 1 Star is it looked good!!!

i guess if one was to really use this as a sexual deal its super thick and the ring where the testicles are suppose to go in is way to small i guess it stretches but looks dangerous to me if you slip while appy it,,lol

Head is 2 inches wide.
Edit: This is for the 9 inch version with the 2 inch wide head. The head on this is much larger than I expected and renders it unusable for my lady. While the description does state 2 extra inches in length, it wasn't clear to me that the head is also 2 inches wide. It's an incredible size when compared to something like the SM Clearly Ample. You better know your lady (or yourself) before trying this. While both this and the Clearly Ample are TPR, the wall thickness on this one is thinner and so feels slightly softer, more pliable. The fitment on this holds the extender close to the body (average male) and feels secure. Internal diameter is comfortable and feels great honestly. No pinching, unlike the Clearly Ample which tapers inside and pinches the head. If the head were 1 5/8 or 1 3/4, then it would be almost perfect. But take serious note, the head on this isn't likely to work for beginners.

Very nice product I had to add a small spacer to take up a little air pocket at the end. It stretched her just a little to much we will try again later.

It teared off the on the first wearing. Probably the insertion space not big enough or the material not too strong, but I am not sure. It would have been great if it had fitted properly.
