These actually work pretty good for pain. I had been using a different brand for other thing but this grass fed beef bone marrow is less expensive than the other brand. I have just been taking two capsules a day for 2-3 weeks now and was just wanting it to keep my joints from being stiff and for the stem cells that come from bone marrow. And I noticed a pain that i developed a few months ago in my right heel every time i got off the bed from lying down it would hurt with a sharp pain when i walked. Really weird that it was in that location and only in one foot, but now the pain has gone away and never feel it when i get of bed anymore. i was going to up it to 3 or 4 to see if the pain would go away but just two capsules a day 1000mgs is doing just fine. I also take other grass fed beef supplements and i plan on switching over to this brand for the grass fed beef organs also as it is less expensive than ancestral.

Great bone supplement.

I purchased this product an got it three days ago, I started that day. I have been taking half the dose, this is the real deal! I will never stop buying this product!!! I was so sleep deprived , bloated, felt so malnourished all the time even though I try to eat well.. I slept between 10-13 hrs daily an still never got enough. I felt depressed I felt slow, I never get my period.. over all I felt like something was seriously wrong with me but no matter what i did I never was able to change it.. after one time taking this it was instant! I felt energy;but not like caffeine energy, I was able to fall asleep soundly an woke up 6 hrs later the next day, refreshed!
