I am a somewhat cynical buyer of supplements and vitamins, and with good reason. I have found one company that seemed to have the best price for quantity on ________ listed as 10mg, when in fact it was 4mg softgels. The product was real because they purchased from the manufacturer, but they were selling the low dose as high dose. A national chain selling Buy one get one free Vitamin C turned out to have no Vitamin C, University of Berlin tested the DNA of Over 100 Herbal products sold in Europe and found 80% had no trace of what was advertised. So, short of lab testing and having researched the offerings this products seems the best buy. I also rely on intuition and that is way more reliable than Herbal Supplement labeling. I hope I'm right.

Some of my family members have been on a more expensive brand for a few years. We changed to this brand and seems equally effective! Thank you for providing a quality product at a reasonable price! I’ve taken MTHF, methyl folate for 10 years and decided to try these because of the price difference. You get what you pay for…these are not methyl folate. Honestly, Amazon has quality control issues. You really don’t know what you’re getting.

I have that mutant gene where I can't process folate in my body very well (I know there are others like me). My doctor recommended supplements with the actual folate and not folic acid (folic acid is also harder for me to absorb). I've been testing out various brands, and I have to say, DSO has an amazing product. I was so happy to find more dosages available than just 1mg (I feel like I need a higher dose, and 2.5mg has been great so far). I think the one thing that amazes me the most about DSO's folate capsules is the simple and short ingredients: Folate, Vegetable Capsule, and Soluble Corn Fiber. That's it! I love being able to have less extra things being put into my body. I wish they made all my pills. lol. The capsule is also easy to swallow (for me), and has no taste or smell.

This product is a more bio-available form of B9, which I need. I have one copy of the MTHFR gene and have had a DVT. It seems to help anxiety, too. I am pleased with the dosage at one capsule a few times a week. I would not want a higher dosage, so I'm glad this was available.

This product is for my son and has been very effective with no side effects. Nice to know it's all natural too, I would definitely order other products from DSO

I just bought this recently and can't report on results yet. I love the eco-friendly packaging. For the price, it's definitely worth a try over expensive Rx versions!
