The taste of these noodles bring back some many memories
I have used this product so many years. I missed be able to purchase it since we don't live in New England anymore. These noodles are so crispy and with the gravy it brings me back to Fall River, Ma. I was so happy to see the amazon was carrying this product and will reorder as my supply runs out.

Ive loved these noodles and the Hoo-Mee gravy since 1987 as well as it being achildho9d memory for me Im able to keep our family tradition going by gifting these to my kids, my niece and nephews to continue that savory flavor. The noodles arrived unbroken, fresh, and ohh so good! If you're looking for chow mein noodles, a salad topping, or soup toppings these cannot be beaten. Once you've had them you'll be disgusted by any other claiming to be the best.

Love these noodles and freezing them keeps them as fresh as when they arrived.

Definitely fried
This is a large 2 lb bag. They are the real deal being fried. They are darker brown fried abit much for me and are very crispy. I have had fried chow mein noodles that are more lightly fried. These taste like they are made from wheat flour. Taste is subjective so I imagine a lot of people will like these.
