Delicious Nutrition with a Unique Twist
Delicious Nutrition with a Unique Twist I’ve tried many nutritional shakes over the years, but this BOOST Original in Peaches & Cream flavor really stands out. It’s a refreshing break from the usual chocolate and vanilla options, and the peach flavor is surprisingly smooth—not artificial or overly sweet. It has a nice creamy consistency that makes it easy to drink, even first thing in the morning. Each bottle is packed with protein, vitamins, and calories that make it a convenient meal replacement or supplement, especially on busy workdays when I don’t have time to sit down for breakfast. The portion size feels just right—filling without being too heavy. I’ve also found it handy for travel or to keep in my car for those moments when hunger hits but fast food isn’t appealing. One thing to keep in mind is that, like most nutritional drinks, it’s best served chilled. Room temperature doesn’t do the flavor any favors. Also, while I personally enjoy the peaches & cream taste, flavor preferences are subjective—those who lean strictly toward classic chocolate or coffee flavors might find this a little different. Bottom line: A tasty, refreshing nutritional drink that delivers solid nutrition in a convenient package. If you’re looking for something beyond the standard chocolate/vanilla variety, this peaches & cream option is a winner.

Peaches and cream
Peaches and cream are my favorite flavor of boost. I have a problem digesting food so I drink these 2-3 times a day and they are tolerated well by my sensitive stomach.

The most delicious Boost flavor
A family member, due to intestinal problems, is on a liquids-only diet. His doctor recommended Boost for his nutrition. He usually drinks the high-protein variety a number of times a day, but his favorite Boost is the regular Peaches and Cream flavor. It is like a delicious dessert. It is his favorite. It is declicious in my opinion also.

Not exactly what I was hoping for...shudder...
The peaches and cream is not even close to being as good as I had hoped it would be. That's actually putting it kindly. It is a bit disappointing when eating real food is problematic. The lower price for Boost was nice, but I would rather pay a slightly higher price for any other brand that actually has a much better taste. I will admit that I have not tried Boost's other flavors, but we cannot honestly take the risk of buying another flavor that may also be quite so unpleasing, as we have a strict budget. Nevertheless, the much larger problem with Boost is that I am completely unable to remove the cap. If you enjoy this brand but you are not a strong hulking man with a great deal of strength in your hands, you might want to invest in a rubber cap opener, an adjustable stainless steel opener with a movable jaw, or an under-cabinet openers—v-shaped openers that mount discreetly under a counter or cabinet. You simply slide the bottle cap into the opener's wedge and twist with both hands to gain leverage, and voila! That aside, the other nutritional drink is far better and it is not necessary to purchase a cap-opener, as the cap opens easily—even for wimps like me. So, if you're like me and cannot always eat "real" food all of the time, sometimes it is better to spend a little more to have a nutritional drink that you can actually appreciate. Many blessings to you all. Cheers!
