Great Hemorrhoid product
Great product and because of the Lidocaine it really helps with the pain of hemorrhoids. The con is it's price is higher than the regular Preparation H cream, but to me it's worth it.

This product helps soothe hemorrhoid pain within days of use. While it’s not quite as effective as Epsom salt cream for me, it still provides noticeable relief and comfort. A good option if you want a convenient treatment that works reasonably well.

Should have tried this first! I was having some terrible post colonoscopy pain, used another brand first with NO RELIEF until I used this.

Its effects are not significant, and this is ultimately a serious illness that cannot be cured with self-medication. There's no need to waste money trying. It's recommended to go directly to the hospital for treatment.
