These are so cute! One of my favorite cookies to bake when it gets warm out are lemon lavender cookies and I feel like these are a perfect little spring/summer-y addition to them from one of my favorite bakeware brands. They're relatively easy to clean and easy to use but I will say they did take a few screw up cookies before I got the hang of it. I was either using too much pressure and squishing them or not enough at first, as you can see in the pictures. They're very sturdy and feel well made. I didn't think I'd use them as much as I do but it's hard to not want to stamp everything you bake with a little bee once you get them!

I'm baffled that there are no reviews for these stamps! They refer to them as heirloom stamps and they most certainly are! They are quite beautiful and extremely well made. I'm honestly tempted to order another set so my girls don't fight over them when l am gone. Lol! The designs are simple and elegant and give just that extra wow factor to your cookies. I greatly appreciate how the Nordicware designers achieve such elegance the way that they do. Their artists have such a sophisticated talent! I purchased these to make our own pretty sandwich cookies (think Oreos and they are slightly larger than an Oreo, so perfect!). They do need to be lightly greased to prevent them from sticking to the dough. Directions are on their box along with a nice recipe for peanut butter cookies. (Updated 2020, I purchased two more sets. Geo and Honey Bee sets. Same superb quality, same high recommendations from me.) The directions on the box are as follows: "1. Apply a light coat of oil to each stamp using a pastry brush or nonstick spray. Reapply oil if cookie dough begins to stick to stamp. 2. Hand wash only. Never submerge wooden handles in water. Wipe clean. 3. We suggest making cookie dough from scratch when using cookie stamps. Cookie stamp impressions will not be as defined if using prepackaged cookie mixes or refrigerated dough." Although they don't mention it, I would also add that you should condition the wooden hands every year or so. A light coat of walnut oil or mineral oil (super cheap from the pharmacy) would be a smart idea. Wood shrinks over time if it dries out. If you oil them once a year (No need to do more often then that- I have it marked on my calendar to condition all wooden things in my house once a year.), they really will last a lifetime, if not a few lifetimes! They are a joy to use and a joy to own. I'm glad I ordered them despite the lack of feedback from other users. They were nicer than I even imagined they would be. You won't regret purchasing them!

I have not used these molds yet. But as received they were a bit disappointing. Here is what I saw and received. The molds themselves look okay. the impressions are not as sharp as I would like and two of the molds had minor imperfections in them - not worthy of returning, but nonetheless not as they should be. Two of the molds came with the handles off (This issue has been mentioned by several others- just have a really good glue that sticks to multiple surfaces handy). They are press fit handles, but clearly these two NEVER fit well to start with, but they were shipped. Again, not quite the quality I would like to see. So, those two are currently in my shop with the re-glued handles currently curing. The handles themselves look functional and should work ok. The press fit just did not fit well at all. Net, a mid to low end springerle mold. While serviceable and I'll keep, I will also probably buy higher end expensive molds next time.

I love baking, and these cookie stamps really make my cookies stand out! People always ask where I got them. The stamps are well-made, and the dough doesn’t stick to the ridges, just a light dusting of flour (which doesn’t leave any residue) does the trick. Great design for peanut butter cookies without the hassle of a fork. They’re a great size, easy to clean with a kitchen brush, and although they’re a bit pricey, they’re absolutely worth it.

Once you get the hang of these they are amazing, A chilled stamp and dough balls rolled in sugar using cold dough the stamp a beautiful cookie, sharp lines, there is a technique in Nordic Ware has a great video I suggest you watch it it will help a ton I would buy these again in a minute.

These cookie stamps are both beautiful and well crafted, they are a larger stamp than I expected which is a good thing. These seem like they will last a lifetime with proper care and are definitely the highest quality cookie tools I own.
