Great product! Helps tremendously with my knee and back pain!

I'm taking MSM supplements because of its known effects on the skin, hair and nails. I call myself a healthy adult, but my brittle fingernails just did not get any better with anything that I've tried. Even when I took Biotin regularly, it never worked. I had to wear either a nail hardener or nail polish just to make my fingernails thicker so that they wouldn't chip. I took MSM for about one month and I am seeing changes! This works far better than Biotin when it comes to brittle nails. My nails got a lot thicker and no more broken nails! My hair is naturally healthy and I didn't notice much change, but I heard it is known to strengthen your hair, too. And my skin feels more glowing - I strongly feel what you eat is more important than what you put on your face. Yes, this product is a bit expensive, but if you think of it as a part of the skin care regimen, the price you pay for 3-4 months supply is not too bad (I take 2 capsules per day, so one container would last me 125 days).

I am so in love with Pure MSM. In 4 days my rosacea was gone, I just woke up with clear skin- my neighbor even noticed and asked what I'd done. Twenty or so days after taking it I woke up and noticed the pain I've had for years from TMJ was gone, no headache at all- I'd forgotten what that was like. My allergies are better, not completely gone, but noticeably improved, and my skin feels so soft and amazing. I'm totally sold on the stuff. Do start slow, I took too much at first and felt queasy for a few hours- I'd read that could happen as a detox symptom, so I cut back and built back up slowly (from one cap twice as day to 4 caps three times a day). Was just hoping for a little pain relief, got that and so much more. =)

I’m not sure if this product worked or not. It made me extremely sleepy. I started taking it at night but I was still sleepy the next day. So I stopped taking it because I couldn’t see the purpose of continuing.

As someone that does heavy research online for pure forms of supplements to put in my body, it was hard for me to find something of quality. I was taking MSM Crystals by Kala Beauty for a while now, and I was digging a little deeper about MSM and read that pure form of MSM in capsules in water are supposed to sink to the bottom, not float on top of water. So, I tested the Kala Beauty MSM in water and it floated to the top to the point it was water proof. I was so disappointed, because this was something I was putting in my body and if it was floating on water, how could my body absorb it? So I found Pure Encapsulations MSM, and ordered it last week. I received it yesterday and the first thing I did was open the capsule and put it in water and it DIDN'T float! I was so happy, because I know that this is pure MSM. I can't comment on results obviously since I just got this, but as far as ratings on purification, a definite 5 out of 5. Remember people, this is something you are putting in your body. Your body is a temple. Yes, it may seem pricey, but you get what you pay for. Pure Encapsulations earned my trust based off the test I did when I got the product. I take after a long work day on my feet, on concrete, sore back, legs. After a workout, sore muscles. It works wonders for my aches and pains. Take one after work or workout or simply to start the day ! No body aches or soreness. Allegedly, good for joint pain and inflammation. I agree.
