Brilliant Entertainment and quite a non-violent fun game
I was looking for a non-violent, non-gun toting game for my kids. Loco Roco 2 was exactly that. There is some story and background, which my daughter read got involved in to the characters and the games. The visuals and the sounds are so nicely made that it is great fun to just watch the things happening on screen. The music is really really nice and pleasant. The game does not have any real violence at all, though at some later levels there is a possibility of being eaten and or squashing someone by jumping on them, it is still largely non-violent and very pleasing to all senses.Bought it in the US and using with a PSP that I bought in India, it is working perfectly fine.Oh! and did I say the music is really nice,I mean really :)

I loved, LOVED
I loved, LOVED, the first version of the game and this is just more icing on the cake! Games with interesting and unique controls are fun for me and with the flick-to-jump, tilt to roll, and other controls, this hits that sweet spot. :) The music is just as awesome as the original game and my 5yo son sings along with some of them while we take turns playing :) Too bad the PSP is pretty much turning into a classic/retro console at this stage (I still have my first PSP).

Good game to own for Sony PSP lovers
I actually played this LocoRoco 2 before I play LocoRoco. It’s fun with lots of languages you can select on your preference. It’s simple but not too easy. There maybe a little sounding bug occurs in some stages but if you are smart and mindful, you can avoid it. There are lots of mini games included which made this one of the collectible games on the PSP list in my opinion. I do recommend if you are parents, please watch your kids when playing this game and don’t suggest to play it long hours per day although it is very hard to stop playing from stage to stage. Recommend to clear all stages: yes; recommend to play it again: yes; recommend to beat the game in a day or two and sell it: no.

Horrifying.
The concept of this game is amazing. However, the execution just did not tickle my fancy at all. I do not know what sort of drug induced influence the producers were under to think that creepy singing blobs were a good idea. I was willing to look past it all until I heard their voices. Wtf? The shrill sound of their voices is neither soothing or complementary to the background music. This game is the stuff my nightmares are made of. I'm quite sure that children who play this game have a chance of being deeply disturbed. Innovative for sure, but at what cost? LocoRoco 2 is a survival horror game that has forever tarnished my perception of SCE Japan Studio.

It's OK, but I don't like the controls
I had not played LocoRoco, so was unfamiliar with the gameplay. The game itself is decent, but the controls are not my style (you use the L1/R1 to tilt the screen and jump- I would much rather use the traditional navigation and buttons)

Loco Roco fun!
I was looking for a game for my daughter but there seem to be a lot of boy-related games for PSP. I saw this here on amazon and it had many good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. Well, it's a hit. My daughter loves it. She likes all the silly shaped characters and she really gets into the games. It seems really different than other games she has (for Wii and DS) and so that is a nice change. She wants to look for Loco Roco 1, which I didn't even notice when I bought this. But no rush. She is still hooked on Loco Roco 2 for now.

My sons LOVE it!
I have an 8 year old and an 11 year old who both love it. It is great to see that Sony put out this type of games that can be played by the younger crowd as they do not have very many. It has great background music that we all find enjoyable to listen to as well.

fun fun fun fun fun fun............
Probably the most addictive game I've played in some time. I'm not sure what age group this is aimed at, because although the graphics, storyline and music seem suitable to the under tens and the controls are simple to use, a lot of the game is technically demanding for young children requiring good hand eye co-ordination and musical rhythm.LocoRoco2 is a game that will appeal to any age.
