Very good when you lose your appetite/weak. It definitely helps maintaining your energy and not feeling super weak. I wish it was a bit cheaper though. I bought the chocolate one and loved it, not too sweet, but still chocolatey.

too sweet for my taste, and too expensive
This is supposed to be a nutritional healthy drink, yet the sugar content is so high that I personally think it is not "that" healthy. and it is too expensive, it didnt do anything for me. i am trying to gain weight. I have tried the singapore manufactured version while in Asia and it is very low sugar and not this expensive.

So easy to mix
I bought this for my husband to supplement his daily calorie intake, he is now mid 80’s and not eating as much so thought this would help. I make it in warm milk for him and it mixes in well, the bonus is that he really likes the taste. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who doesn’t eat very well.
