I picked up these Monami Plus pens after seeing some artists online use them for line work practice exercises. The felt tip moves effortlessly for a super fine line, and even can be a little bolder if you angle the pen. The three different colors are consistent and bold, with shades that look very professional if using in an office setting. Due to the ultra-fine nature of the felt tips, they would be excellent for redlining assignments or making notes in documents. I really appreciate how lightweight the pen is, and despite the small form factor of the pen body they do not make my hand cramp after extended use. I’ve used them in my sketchbook, in my journal, and on my calendar and these pens have zero issue of bleeding or ghosting. They’re simple pens, but very reliable. If you like felt tip pens with vibrant ink and a neat line, these are an excellent choice. Not only that, with the selection of colors at one low price point, you’re getting a lot of value for the money. Highly recommended!

These pens are amazing! The marker-style tip is perfect for smooth, consistent writing and even works great for coloring or highlighting. The ink flows evenly without smudging, and the colors are vibrant. Definitely my go-to pen — I’ll be buying more for sure!

I really enjoy using these pens. The flexible tip gives you a little bit of line variation if you press hard, or no line variation if you write softly. These have had a very consistent ink flow for me. Ergonomics wise, they are longer than most pens, and they do not have a grip section, but this has not been an issue for me.

Love the way these write, however- the caps are really slippery need to be pushed with so much force to snap back onto the pen - not a good cap design, I have already lost 2 caps (which means felt tips dry out :/) so I’m using post-its and tape to cover the tips overnight - ugh!

I love these pens. I've been buying them for the last couple of years. However, be sure to close the cap so they don't dry out—otherwise, they will provide excellent long-term performance.
