These boxes worked out great! I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews, but it worked out perfectly. The boxes do take some time to build, but I think it is definitely worth it. It's a great price and it includes the base to keep the cupcakes in place. I ended up building all the boxes prior to the baby shower I was helping with. The cupcakes were placed on the dessert table as decoration, once people started leaving, it was super easy to open a box and place a cupcake inside to go. The lid closed well and there were no issues with any of the boxes. Highly recommend.

Just the right size for tiny rum cakes made with the Wilton 2105-1827 Angel Food Pans (which produce a cake approximately 4 inches round). No, these aren't super-durable boxes: the cardboard is about the weight of an ordinary bakery box. They can't be handled roughly, aren't in any way "crush-resistant," and I don't think they'd be great for shipping, but they made up nicely for holiday gifts and as long as they were picked up with a little care (a hand under the bottom for support) they held up just fine. They make a very pretty presentation; the clear top is nice for recipients to see what they're getting.

I was having the hardest time finding a box that would fit a mini-cake I was making for a friend's birthday. I have 4" springform pans that made the cutest little cake. The box fit it perfectly, with just enough space on all sides so that the frosting didn't get ruined! Will definitely buy these again

The boxes are extremely poor quality. They are paper thin and don't keep their shape. I had to tape the sides to keep them from pushing out. Also, once the iconic was on my cupcakes they were too tall. So closing the lid would have ruined them. I've purchased better quality boxes from Walmart for a better price.

The item is described as a dozen boxes and inserts. It came with 6 boxes and 6 inserts. The boxes were fine but it was the quantity was not what I needed. So if you need 1 dozen boxes (12 boxes) then be sure to place 2 orders!

I bought these because I needed cupcake boxes fast, and with Amazon Prime I knew I'd have them in 2 days. They work, but you get what you pay for, these are cheap and lower than average quality. The cardboard is thin and not very sturdy, which led me to tape some of sides to keep the boxes closed, I didn't want any cupcakes falling out. For one thing, tape looks tacky enough, but if you're a little OCD like me, make sure you get it straight the first time with no crinkles, because if you try to lift the tape gently to straighten it out, the white thin outer layer of the box pulls right off with the tape revealing the ugly gray pressed cardboard that lies beneath. If you don't really care about presentation and a thin flimsy box will work for your purpose, these will serve you well.

easy to assemble, but you will need to tape or glue some spots to make it stay a square. love the see through window.im not using them for cupcakes but as gift boxes for neckties im giving to a group. with a nice sticker to hold the top closed, it will work great.. and each necktie will be visable for choosing..

These worked really well as boxes for cookies. I did not put in the center cupcake holder and used these boxes to hold 6 cookies. Box can hold more or less depending on the size of the cookies. Great especially for the price!
