This headset is great. I connected it into my deskphone and worked perfectly. Light weight, comfortable and easy fit my oversized head.. Mechanical functions are well constructed for easy handing and endurance. Hearing sound quality is super clear and microphone is very good to hear from the customers. This headset is really helpful for my intensive works. I bought another one for my co-worker.

Needed a comfortable headset for work and this one is perfect. Good price and quality and VERY comfortable to wear all day. The sound quality is excellent.

Ordered, tested, and returned 2 other headsets that said they were compatible with Avaya 1416 returned because other side could barely hear me. This one is good. has some heft to it and not flimsy at all. Fits well, people can hear me clearly (I also left voicemail to myself on my cell phone and the call sounded good). One problem, however, is that the ear pads/cushions keep falling off at the slightest touch.

Says it supports a Polycom WX450, yet when plugged into the headset jack I get nothing. I have to remove the handset from the phone and plug the headset into handset port to get audio which means no more taking calls on handset. Emailed reseller and never heard anything back.

These headsets are very lightweight and comfortable. Installed/setup in seconds. I like how you can flip the mouthpiece up and put your call on mute. Easy to use on either ear. I’ve used them at 2 different job sights with no problem. I would definitely recommend for someone who needs to use their hands while on a call.

I got them because they advertise as "noise cancelling" since I work at home with a toddler, and you can definitely hear everything in the background.

Furthermore, they are able to deliver them at the fastest way. That’s why we are using lots of headsets as an insurance company. So, I decided to buy one headset for testing purpose. After we used about 2 weeks, we concluded it very durable headset. It worked perfect to our Polycom IP Phone. I like clear sound and good noise cancelling. Light weight and very comfortable in wearing. Looked endurable for long time use. I will purchase more headsets for our agents as consumable items. I also recommend this headset for office and call center headset to the other users.

I bought this headset as design was really nice. I received it in perfect condition. It looked very endurable design like muscular man. But, it's easy for me to set up to my mouth and head. I felt comfortable when I wear about 3~4 hours. Leather cushions are soft and good quality. It was worked well as I connected it to my Astra phone. I can do multi tasks while I talk with my phone. I'm happy with good sound quality and comfort like my first impression. Highly recommend.
