I'm not sure why others have such a hard time with the taste. Yes, it's a little chalky, but I think they taste really good. I love the chocolate flavor. If you chew it while drinking a little bit of milk, it tastes like chocolate milk. And besides the taste, the form of magnesium that's in these is supposed to be very well absorbable. Just an FYI, there is only 30 servings per bottle. That's if you take two tablets, which is 75% of your daily magnesium.

The tablets are large, but chewable. I cannot swallow large pills, so these work well for me. The taste is pretty good. Not yummy, but this is a vitamin, not candy. I have taken these a long time and they are good enough that you can keep it up for the long run. My bone density tests are stable, so they must be doing the trick.

I work on my feet 8 hours a day as a housekeeper. When I get home I noticed my legs would start cramping, I chew this tablet when I get home and, no cramps. Magnesium does the job, but it loosens the stool like milk of mag. The calcium is the to "firm things up". Twice as much calcium as magnesium is required, which this product has. Unless you spend a lot of time outside you need the vitamin D3 this product has. Vitamin D3 defiency is becoming epidemic. Vitamin K2 helps keep your circulatory system squeaky clean. It comes in two flavors chocolate and vanilla. Both are acceptable. They are " chalky" like Tum$ but not bad.

Do not buy because they are really large hard to chew and taste terrible.

The taste is pretty bad. Very chalky and the chocolate taste makes it worse somehow. But they obviously work since my bloodwork came back perfect and they were cheaper than my other calcium.

These wafers taste good and you get a lot of good stuff along with the calcium

The chewable tablets tasted great! I thought the formula was a winner and I took one or two a day for about a week, thinking the CA and D3 wouldn't hurt and the magnesium would help with constipation. Well, I soon became super sensitive to pressure. It hurt to grip anything hard, such as faucets and doorknobs, and a few veins in my fingers broke for no good reason, giving me purple, swollen fingertips while I was on vacation. I woke up one morning and thought it had to be the Vit. K in the supplement, so I stopped taking the tablets -- and the problem faded away after several days. But I just read online that K (maybe K1?) helps with blood clotting, and that magnesium is a blood thinner. Which explains why, after I took a CA citrate w/D3 and a magnesium tablet (no K) this morning, it was like deja vu with that feeling of sensitivity. Well, dang. Probably the product is fine and I just can't metabolize a couple of the ingredients. If your body is anything like mine, beware.
