Works great. Very easy to set up for my office with the enclosed driver. Print quality is outstanding and the speed of the printer is more than adequate for our needs.

helloit is a good printer as long as you print A4!But if you're printing 8.5x13 inch papar, very often i get a stuck paper inside!i update and changed driver , but nothing works till now!if somebody has a advice for me, please write me!thanks

The printer works great and is very quick for the price. However - the paper supply drawer is too small and you'll end up buying an add-on drawer unless you don't mind having to fill it up often. Second - the software may not work in your computer, especially if you have a Windows XP system that is running drivers for lots of other printers. This printer will work for 3 out of 4 in our work group. Spent hours on the phone with HP support and they gave up, blaming it on the computer. Considering the number of times we've had issues with HP's printer drivers, we've begun checking out some other printer lines. Love HP laserjets but it seems they need some changes on their other equipment.

Well, few things are as frustrating as a new printer thatwon't print, and decades after many such experiences,here I am frustrated again. I think this printer is a fine exampleof HP's stress of marketing over engineering clarity. OK,now for my specific complaints.The glossy box loudly proclaims that no CD and no USB cableare necessary. One side of the box says that the cable is includedand other side (in upper case) says it is optional. Not a goodstart, HP has clearly fired all its editing staff. Since the biggestside of the box loudly boasts "Install in minutes- no CD requiredwith HP Smart Install" I wasn't concerned. However, sincethe wireless installation ended with a cryptic "this product doesnot support wireless" prompt, I found myself looking for a USB cablethat I happened to have.Well, the CD and cable routine did work once, and that's it. No printingno error messages, nothing. As a person who spent decades printingwith the ultra sturdy LaserJet 2100, I find this very disappointing. I needa printer not a project. Packing this thing back up looks difficult, I wonderif making it as difficult to return as possible was the primary design goal,I hope some ruthless HP upper tier executive reads this, and weeps.You laid off all your good people!

HP just isn't what it used to be. I bought this printer after running an old HP Laserjet 4si since the 1990s. I got almost 20 years out of that old printer and the only reason I gave it up was the toner cartridges got impossible to get. This one worked fine for a month, then suddenly got very rattly and noisy one day. About a week later, duplexing stopped working: it just jams mysteriously even though everything seems to be clear. About half the time it won't print from a web browser or from Mac Preview--I have to save the PDF and open it in Adobe Acrobat to be sure something will print. And now, about a year after buying it, I'm finding the toner getting very flaky on mailing labels. If there hadn't been a massive rebate on it, I would have said it was a complete waste of money. Instead it's "you get what you pay for" I guess?

Love. Love. Love this printer! Fast. Excellent quality. Auto-duplexing (two sided pages.) This is replacing my ancient boat anchor, a HP LaserJet 4Plus. I don't expect this one to last 20+ years as it's not as heavy duty. Considering today's printers are "throw away technology", this is a very affordable, quality, printer.

I love this printer - I'm so excited to have it. I used to own a HP P3005dn, which was very large and took up a lot of space - this printer is compact & fast! It's fairly quiet and has so many capabilities. The shipping was SO fast - ordered Monday, arrived in Indiana on Thursday afternoon. A MUST HAVE for a small business.
