We recently made the switch from Shabbat candles to Oil and when we ordered these were weren't sure they would make it before Shabbat. The Gefen team did an amazing job for us and got them just in time. They fit perfectly and we even have 1 extra in case 1 gets broken. Entirely effective, be warned if filled with olive oil, and with floating wicks they will burn all night. The glass used did not crack when a wick floats to the side and super heats the glass on one side in a cold environment Being a blown glass product the base diameter is not super consistent, I broke one because it was a hair to large fit in the candle hole, and they are extremely thin and fragile. Seller is too fast on shipping, mine showed up 3 days before it was supposed to, and I got it 4 days late after 4 days of looking for it and finally finding it 1/4 mile away in a snow drift on the edge of a woodline (wind). Hanukkah Sameach!

Great product! Affordable! Have burned Olive oil for 5-6 hours at a given time in these. Glass gets hot, but has not broke. Looks beautiful! Have used them over a dozen times recently and so far am still extremely satisfied! Considered buying the crystal ones, but reviews said they cracked/broke within a few uses. Wasn't sure what to expect with these....But I'm glad to report that they are great quality! They do vary in size slightly, but its not noticeable to the average person.

We use these oil glasses in a replica brass temple menorah. When you put them in, use some museum putty under the glass and they won’t slide around all dangerously (see the picture on how I secure it). The #6 round glasses work great with Large Ner Mitzvah wick holders. I also use the little rubber safety cups but the museum putty is what really secures it. I love it and it’s so much easier than candles. Hope this review helps someone. Baruch HaShem.

These vials were just great after I found the appropriate wicks. The bottoms of the vials were too big for the holes and the menorah but there doesn’t seem to be smaller vials than size 1, so I attached small clear tubing to the bottom to go into the menorah’s openings. This year one fell and I had to rebuy a set of vials. The company graciously upgraded me too free quick shipping so I would have them for the end of Hanukkah! Would have given five stars if they had fitted the menorah without my having to add the tubing. Great customer service! 5 stars on that!

the stems of the oil cups are very slim, so be aware you need to use the rubber sleeves in order for them to fit a normal 'candle'-sized hole. this was challenging because the 'standard' rubber sleeves didn't work, so had to improvise. that being said, the finished result looks great, much better and more authentic than candles. the shipping was fast, and very well wrapped/packaged
