I really like this is WIRELESS so I can take it anywhere and the display is really easy to read. It does more things than I can do and I don't remember but it has one thing that you press that gives you extended decimal points out so you get exact numbers I can't remember right now how I turned it on but it's really great cause it's so accurate. I bought the same model. smaller one which goes in my purse, but this is so much easier to read that when I'm home I use this very well-made highly recommend.

I've been in the mortgage and banking industry for many years, and this has been the simplest of all the financial calculators I have ever used. I've used the smaller version as well as the mobile app and I love this version, it's a fixture on my desk. Don't be under any impression that this thing isn't big, people comment on it all the time that it's HUGE! Definitely easy to read. My favorite part is the "click" the keys make and the solid feel as you're punching in numbers. I've gotten so used to it, I hardly have to look at the calculator, a huge upgrade for me versus the squishy keys of the hand held version. If you are new to the business or a seasoned pro: this calculator has the features you need to get clear figures for your clients in a highly readable display and is not incredibly complicated to get used to.

I absolutely love the size of this calculator. Please ignore anyone that claims it is too large. The size is perfect. The functions and formulas are excellent. If I get a chance I will do a video review one day because I think that everyone should see how impressive and how practical this calculator can be. Also a great price for the quality and the manual that comes with the product.

Easy to use

I had used the hand-held Calculated Industries Real Estate Calculator for years. I had to have the desk top when I first saw it, and it has even more features while retaining all the ones i needed and used in the past. My first real use of it was for a million dollar loan on a jet aircraft to enable my friend to enlarge his fleet. The figures I obtained were used to determine the payment plan for the purchaser in accordance with the the time period of the loan. Superb product which is invaluable for its intended uses.

Works really well

First off my original order arrived week or so late. Spoke to customer service and told me they will send a replacement at no charge (failed to Mention that i will get charged for shipping, if original order arrives and return the original order) which it did few days after the replacement order came in. Just needed to rant about it!!! When pressing the numbers you would need to press it really hard. Since everything is technology just use your computer or a smart phone. I purchased it thinking that it will be more convenient to use.

Good but very large size

Bigger than expected however it is useful....

Its just fr US calculations. Doesnt work for CAD. Using this calculator had wrong answers for my test.
