Great pad, hard to size.
Love my pachmayr pad! I can shoot my 7mm Mag without crying now, so thats a win! Shaping it to the gun was a struggle, and isn't perfect, but its really close and it works like a champ.

Pretty good
The Pachmyr is the king of old school butt pass, but these aren’t as easy to grind as the old ones, that used a harder rubber.

Nice recoil pad
Added this to an Remington 600 chambered in .350 Rem Mag whose old rubber recoil pad was flaking away. Time consuming and messy to grind away. Would strongly advise the use of a band saw to rough cut and a table top belt sander to finish out the product. The look fits the older rifles style and doesnt look too modern. Perfect for restoring older firearms while softening the recoil.
