I've used different sizes of these Claimed Corner brackets around my house, along with trying similar styles from other brands on Amazon, and can say these are easily the best ones I've seen on here. I have some of them supporting 7 foot long pantry shelving that holds heavy jars and other food products, with no bend in them at all. You'll want to space them closer together for heavier shelves is all. A couple of differences with these that set them apart are - they are not painted. They have a nice dark, almost black, natural finish that doesn't scratch away easily, and is very uniform but rustic looking. Other ones I've tried have had sloppy paint that comes off easily. Also, the screw holes are already counter sunk so you get a nice flush finish when you put the included screws in. And speaking of, the screws are top-quality, strong, and they even include and extra one in each size. My only request is that they'd offer more sizes with them. It's be nice to have some that extend to 8 inches on both ends, and perhaps a smaller size as well. Otherwise a great product.

These brackets are well worth the money! I was looking at similar brackets at a big box, brick and mortar store for a kitchen shelving project. These were similar but cheaper. The difference being that they didn’t hold as much weight. This wasn’t a concern for me as I was attaching to furring strips instead of studs, which were not centered so I had to use more brackets than necessary to give it a more centered appearance. At 75# per bracket weight will never be an issue. These also came with their own screws and anchors which the other store did not. I was not able to use them for my project, again because of the outside walls being block with furring strips, there wasn’t enough air space between the drywall and the block to accommodate the length of the anchors and screws, but this is another economical addition to buying these brackets. I would definitely recommend. Good quality, durability, style and function.

These brackets worked great! They are strong and hold the 32 jars of peaches easily.

We wanted to replace our awful white wire shelving in our pantry and purchased these brackets. Had the wood shelves cut to fit so very easy to install the shelving on top. The lip at the end of the bracket holds the shelf so the brackets do not need to be attached to the shelf. The brackets are very sturdy, heavy metal so they definitely hold the wood shelves and pantry items. Only complaint -the screws that are included. Some of the screws stripped or broke while trying to attach the brackets to the wall studs. They do include an extra screw in each box I guess for this purpose but we still had to purchase additional screws to replace the broken ones. Very frustrating but the finished result looks great and the brackets were an easy fix to replace the old shelving.

I absolutely loved these brackets! I had actually purchased some from Home Depot a few days before these came. I spent almost $60 on them at Home Depot. I saw these for the $35 and thought I would order and see how they were. They were perfect!! They were almost identical to the ones from Home Depot for almost half the price! Oh and they included the anchors and screws...Home Depot’s did NOT! I returned Home Depot brackets and will now be ordering a few more of these! They are so sturdy and super easy to install. I did it completely by myself. They are so secure in the wall and they are only attached in the drywall no studs. The weight limits exceeded my expectations and everyone absolutely loooves these shelves. Not a bad addition for about $50 after buying the wood and brackets and hardware and stain!

Screw heads frequently stripped, and on 3 the head sheared clear off. All this despite drilling pilot holes and lubricating screws. The seller was wonderful though and sent extra screws at no extra cost. Looks great and holds well now that complete!

Bought these to install some thick shelves in our kitchen remodel. They were simple to put up, very strong (we used leftover butcher block pieces to match our countertop so they had to be) and blessedly came with all the hardware we needed, and it's actually quality screws! I can't tell you how nice that is. We used a combination of attaching to the studs in the wall and a set of drywall anchors and found we didn't need the fourth set of brackets, so we have two left over. My only wish was that they sold these in sets of two, but I'm sure I'll use these extras somewhere else and the price was better than the local box store. Also we originally purchased the longer brackets with the hooked end but since they would not have worked for us we returned them, and it was easy and free to send them back. Very happy with these brackets and this company overall.
