Pioneer XDJ-RR Cover

What else can I say? Decksaver is a must for people who care about their DJ products. I have one for both my Pioneer decks and my Rodecaster and its the best thing to keep the product safe. Fits like a glove and helps keep dust away when you dont use it. Its a simple product, made well and the decision to buy is very simple. If you are going to spend $1500 or more on DJ products, then you can spend under $100 to keep it safe from water or other damage.

This fit my board perfectly just as I expected. Shipped nicely, nothing bad to say.

I have had Decksaver's in the past, and they have all been great. However, this one for the XDJ-RR fails the standard fitment test. It is so poor, that it has to be an engineering mistake. The area that goes over the screen was designed about 1/4" - 1/2" too low. This results in the product contacting the main screen selection encoder. It appears that the manufacturer's solution was to add two clear silicone pads at the top corners of the screen area in a last ditch effort to have it stand off and not contact the screen, buttons, and encoder around the screen. However, this is a crappy solution because the far top right & left corners do not contact the device to lock it on like it should (this is how all of my other decksavers are, they have a very nice grip around the edge of the device to stay on). This one falls off, or if you remove the plastic spacers above the screen area it is literally pressing right up against the screen and all of the buttons around it. I don't recommend this product unless there is an updated replacement offered. The product does not lock onto the device, it loosely rests on top of it and wobbles around when you press on it. I'm going to contact their customer support to see whats up, because this is not protecting the device like it should. Any kind of impact will go straight onto the screen selection encoder and/or screen. I have attached a video to show the issue. In the video, the silicone pads are still attached above the screen area (as shipped), and I can still click the encoder through the decksaver. I would not trust it to be anywhere near impact resistant given that it contacts the product on some of the most sensitive parts.

While the Product Arrived in a very poor condition; lets say scratched with marks, that it kinda looks used, it stills DOES the job so it is why i am NOT looking for a refund, it did indeed not came in a very good/expected state.... hence my 3/5 stars

Ajusta a la perfección en la mesa Pioneer DXJ-RR. La palabra MALETÍN en la descripción es engañosa y lleva a confusión, aunque en las fotos del producto se ve claramente que es una "tapa protectora" para evitar que le caigan líquidos o le entre polvo mientras no se está usando. El producto, perfecto (que es lo que valoro en esta reseña). La descripción no puede ser menos acertada.
