Awesome product
I do a lot of vrchat and just vr in general and through my thousands of countless hours i developed an early on idea of charging my stuff while i play so i don’t have to get off ever if i don’t have to! I have a 10 hub usb charger and i use that to charge most of my things but my controllers have had the most problems with charging and ive used different magnetic chargers before which ended up bending the outer portion of the magnet charger and sometimes the part that goes into the port of the device (controllers) have destroyed the inside before and ive got 3 pairs of broken controllers because of this but recently i came across these and oh my goodness they’ve been awesome! The outer portion of these are very durable and strong to bending and the light is great when i need to charge my stuff in the dark i can still see where they are. I really highly recommend these and i plan on getting a lot more of these and hope to not have more broken controllers! For the charging speed, these give an awesome charge and as a base i xan give you, the hub i use is 2.4A and the controllers can probably charge from 20% to 80% in roughly 30 minutes and for these thats REALLY fast! Again ~Awesome Product~

Good idea, somewhat flawed implementation
I broke the charge port on my last phone because it fell from night stand plugged in the regular micro USB just that special way that broke the candy brittle USB port internally. I bought this as an insurance policy against that mistake again. I like the little light on the end of the adapter to indicate power is flowing. I had a couple of minor issues with the end. One, I have used the phone in a workshop area and the magnetic portion of course naturally attracts metal bits and filings so this may not be a good thing for a handyman that will put the USB plug into those environments. I was luckily able to tweeze out the bits that got sucked in but be mindful of that. The plastic "spacer" bit in the USB portiin that plugs into the phone USB port came off in higher heat environment. I had to super glue it back but it was serviceable. They need to use a better higher temp bonding agent between the metal and plastic. Otherwise, great little adapter and it's handy as I don't have to worry about which orientation tland it just magnetically sucks up to the port as it should. I've actually dropped my phone a few times with it plugged in and has broken away before causing damage. I don't understand why all phones aren't made with this. Probably to keep use buying more I suppose.

Broke in less than a month. Cool concept, but very poor quality.

Want to be In Charge?
It seems to work as it needs to. You can't really add 'features' to something like this. The blue light on the attachment is pretty bright, whether or not that works for you is your call. Micro USB connections are not typically reversible. The magnetic connection allows for 'reversible' connections. Many devices are 'smart' enough to be able to deal with the flipping connection however, some may have an issue.I am using one of these to charge a Razer Nari wireless headset. The headset will charge no matter which direction the magnetic connection is flipped. But, one direction, the device starts charging right away. The other way, the device pauses, powers off then the device starts to charge. You can turn the headset on again, but "ain't no body got time for that".*NOTE: For those people who have a hard time disconnecting the magnetic connection; the web page(above) notes, to "fold" the connection, instead of pulling straight out. Pulling straight, the magnets do have a stronger connection than you may think. Instead, 'bend' or pivot the connection to one side, to break the connectin.

Works for my Logitech G915 TKL
One of the most questionable things Logitech did was put a micro USB in one of their latest and most expensive keyboards when USB-C is the standard. I bought a G915 TKL and while I like almost everything about the keyboard... the micro USB port was where I felt Logitech cheaped out on.My experience with micro USB is not good, if it gets constant plug and unplug the port starts to go bad and stops working or requires specific angles for the contacts to start detecting power and charge. I didn't want to take a chance of this happening to my expensive keyboard. This magnetic micro usb adapter solves this for me. I leave the one end in the keyboard, it doesn't sit flush, but it is still very low profile. I have the other end of the adapter to the micro usb cable that the keyboard came with. The keyboard charges fine and Logitech app detects that is is charging. The blue light on the adapter at the cable end is static, it may bother some, but I have my cable turned downward and don't have to see the light. This adapter is great for people who don't want to deal with crappy micro usb ports.

Works pretty well!
Was hesitant to purchase for my use, which is for a Garmin Dashcam 67W, because I wasn't sure if it could handle the current/power required by the dashcam (1.5A @ 12V) and I wanted a quick connect instead of continually disconnecting and reconnecting the Usb connector cable. Once I figured out how to use the magnetic connector, I'm so glad I got this, because it is a piece of cake now to disconnect and reconnect. The way I installed it was to connect the magnetic adapter to my Dashcam, then "fold" it back to disengage the magnet, then attach the separated part to the Usb cable. The magnetic strength I'd say is pretty good/medium strength. I'm not worried about it falling off or getting knocked off. I've been using it daily for about 2 weeks now.

Bad for me.
Extreme loss in data transfer speeds, and it also reduced the affective transfer of charge cables. They are easy to use, and if you don't care about the above. Then go for it!Works well, easy, and great way to rip n go.
