PTFE or PFOA Free? This oven looks fantastic but I don't want stick-free; I want healthy. What's the best alternative?

We had a cockatiel in a large cage in our kitchen/family room, 8'-10' from the stove/oven. All my cookware/bakeware is NONSTICK. He NEVER had a problem, and he lived to the ripe old age of 20! I used common sense and never sprayed or used toxic fume chemicals around him. If I was doing heavy cleaning with bleach I kept windows and doors open and moved him to a different room. I seriously doubt the lining of an oven would harm your bird. I suggest you research it a little more, considering almost every household has nonstick cookware and many have birds.

What are the inside demensions Very important that I know this . Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven

The oven is 13.5" across, 11.5" front to back and 7.25" high, but only 6" from the top of the rack in its lowest position to the top of the oven. The oven will fit a 9x13 cake pan and a 13" pizza (the back of the oven is rounded out to accomodate a round pan). I recently roasted a 6 pound turkey breast in the oven and I probably couldn't have done one much larger.

What kind of casserole dishes can you use in this?

I use ceramic, metal, glass, porcelain- all successfully. Holds an 11x14 pan for brownies and casseroles. Full 10" Fluted pie pan, 2 loaf pans when I make bread or meatloaf. Comes with the broiling pan which works GREAT. DO BUY the cutting board that sits on top. Adds usable kitchen counter space, a good cutting board, and you WILL burn yourself on the top of this fantastic oven without it. This is the best small appliance purchase I have bought, and I am very pleased to own the Breville Sous Chef food processor, and the Breville Samrt Grill. All 3 of these are best in class.

Dimensions are hard to figure out. What size pizza will it cook, a 12 inch or 13 inch?
