Citizen Quartz Womens Watch

This is a beautiful and high quality watch, especially for the price. I love the day/date complication, the blue is gorgeous, and the gold/silver two-tone is not nearly as separate as it looks in the picture, it's much more subtle. I love that it allows me to wear silver or gold, but it does present more silver, if you're wondering. The size is absolutely PERFECT for me (I'm 5'0", so don't like clunky watches).

I had gotten away from wearing watches since I have my cell phone nearby. However, I have to say it's nice, especially at work, when I can't or don't want to be holding onto a cell phone, to be able to know the time. Not only is this practical, I love the black watch face, and gold-tone. I have been wearing this watch daily for a number of months, and the time is accurate, and this watch is very stylish. I would highly recommend.

I love Citizen watches, have a 23 year old Eco-drive Ladies watch with a small face and, with my cataracts, was having difficulty seeing the little tic marks. 6 years ago I bought a Citizen Eco-drive Corso WR100 which is still going strong but again, having more trouble seeing the tic marks, so I opted for a model with large numbers. This watch is beautiful, band is just like my Corso and the numbers are large enough for my old eyes to read easily. I am disappointed in the "glow-in-the-dark" hands. They don't seem to absorb any light and I cannot see them in the middle of the night or in a dark movie theater. Like other reviewers, I thought the face would be a little bit brighter, bluer. That's the danger of high gloss advertising photos versus real life I guess, but I won't send it back for that. Also, I was looking for an Eco-drive, which this is NOT. I guess I missed that in the Item description, too. I didn't want to deal with a battery but again, I will keep it. Modern watch batteries last a lot longer than the older ones, but the watch price is excellent so I'll just deal. This watch has been returned at one point, it was already set to the correct time and date and the protective plastic was peeled back so apparently another buyer was unhappy for some reason but it will do for every day old lady wear. Doesn't check all my boxes but it will do the job and looks nice.

Beautiful watch, but several problems. First, the face is a midnight blue, so don't expect a bright blue. (That wasn't a problem for me, but may be to some people.) Second, the day and date are tiny - almost unreadable. Third, the day is in Spanish - to clarify, it briefly is in English and then turns to Spanish for the rest of the time period. I wish the description had made that clear. And last, it is set to a 30-day cycle - for those months with more or less days, you have to reset it. All in all, a royal pain.

This is a beautiful watch. I especially like the size of the face. It is not too big and not too small. I didn’t find it too hard to set the day and date. The blue and gold look very chic. I would definitely recommend. The only drawback is that the day and date are a little small, so they are kind of hard to read for some people. However, because it is so nice looking I give this watch 5 stars.

When I went to order from my on cart, I could not see the size of the watch face. So I was not impressed when I got it. Was a little too larger. Other wise is a good watch.
