20 minutes and my steaks were so tender
This stuff is so good and easy to use. It’s very salty so I rinsed my steaks off before I put seasoning on them and fixed them they were so tender.

Great size for a great product.
What a wonderful size to have for Adolph’s Meat Tenderizer. This will last me a long time. So much more economical.

It works!
It works! Did a youtube experiment trying to make a cheap cut taste good. Did round steaks with Adolph's and a garlic herb butter. Everyone liked it. We did as the video used it and had it marinate with the Adolph's for 4 hours. Rounds steaks have very little fat and are one of the cheapest cuts, but it really improved the texture and taste. Now I use it on flank and skirt steaks. If you use this, don't use salt! It's basically an enzyme that helps break it down. No different then pineapple juice as a tenderizer.

Great tenderiser
I don't know what I was thinking when I ordered this size!! I laughed when it arrived because I only need it for home use. Guess I wasn't paying attention. But it's a great product and I couldn't find it anywhere in my local grocery stores. Works great, but pay attention to the instructions on the amount to use. Applying to much and you'll have salty meat.

Thank goodness they make this without salt!
It was hard to find this in a grocery store. I can't tolerate the amount of salt they put in the regular meat tenderizer! So glad Amazon had this- and in a smaller size and good price.

It’s simple, effective, and a great addition to your kitchen arsenal. Highly recommended! One small gripe: the Amazon barcode placement covers up the directions on the packet, which is a bit annoying. While the instructions are fairly straightforward, it would have been helpful to have them clearly visible.
