Perfect Almond Paste !
This is perfect almond paste for so many great desserts. The flourless almond cookies were awesome. I guess the cookies would be great for those who have to be gluten free. I’ll be buying more and more !!!

Very high quality with regard to freshness, flavor, and ease of use.
I recently moved to the South and have had difficulty finding Almond Paste in my local grocery store. So I ordered from Amazon and I can tell you, this is the best Almond Paste I have used EVER. I make Madelines and my family immediately remarked on the fresh Almond flavor. The Madelines were gone in 2 days. The price is right on point but the quality is superior to other brands I have tried.

Easy macaroons….. just add the pignoli nuts. They do not brown well….. but they are cooked!

This almond paste is extremely well made, and very tasty. I like the fact that it comes in smaller batches rather than buying a larger jar.
