That would depend. If the error is caused by your external CD Changer having problems. Then it likely would work for you. This plugs into the plug that goes to an external CD Changer making the external CD changer useless. If the error is coming from a cd player built into the factory head unit, then it would be difficult to determine without more troubleshooting by an expert.My advice would be to check the return policy. If allowed to return, buy it, try it. If not happy, return it for a refund. For many vehicles the installation procedure is not very difficult. Might waste and hour of your time.
