Works great. It definitely catches the hair and it’s easy to clean. Fit the bathtub right out of the box. Can’t believe the amount of hair that previously was going down the drain. We don’t use the stopper so I can’t vouch for that.

WORKS AMAZINGLY! Great sturdy material. It’s lightweight but doesn’t move from its place. Seals well so no hairs clog the drain!

I have been using my old silicone tub shroom for a few years and it use to be white and has since turned yellow lol. I finally decided to upgrade and get a new metal version. I’m so glad I did the design of this metal shroom is soooo much better. It fits perfectly in my drain, not too tight or to loose. So easy to use I just popped it right down in the drain hole. I haven’t had it long to say if it is rust resistant but I’m hoping it is. Catches hair even tiny short dog hair. Works perfectly! I highly recommend.

I like to joke that between myself and my cats, that we murder vacuum beater bars. Add in that my older brother is STILL living at home and I have to put up with sharing a bathroom with him (I'm convinced he's committed too many crimes against indoor plumbing and should be banned. He's gross.) And cleaning hair from the drain is... a very necessary, but NOT a task I look forward to. I finally started using silicone over drain hair catchers a few years back, and those changed my life- but they couldn't catch everything, they were kinda in the way, positioning them was.... difficult at best, and they would eventually get really gross and need to be replaced. So when I was going to have a house guest, getting a new hair catcher that didn't look like it needed to be put into an incinerator was high on my list. That's when I first encountered TubShroom. Now, I'd heard of it, but I'd never REALLY looked into it before. I went with this model for my first one because it would look more like a proper bathtub fixture AND it wouldn't grow nasty stuff in time, which is exactly what happened with my former hair catchers. Plus, if gross stuff gets on metal, I can clean that- and it can't EMBED itself into the material. I was excited to get my paws on this little dooder and yeet that old hair catcher into the trash can. Getting into it was a bit of a pain, but that's modern packaging for ya. And then I looked at my drain, and the provided silicone catcher attachments (for different drain pipe sizes) and..... there was a great deal of back and fourth and generally being unsure. I tried the standard medium size, but when I started pushing it into the drain, it was tight enough that the edges wrinkled up, and that just.... didn't seem like that would properly prevent hair from bypassing the device. The small size looked too small, but apparently it was right! Because of the design of the small catcher, there is no suction factor for me. (Which is good, considering how often I have to clean it) Now, that was 15 minutes of overthinking I could have done without, and let me tell you, this thing catches EVERY. LAST. HAIR. This includes towel fibers, short hair, fine cat floof- everything. It also lets things that SHOULD go down the drain down the drain- this INCLUDES menstrual cycle grossness- something that NOTHING else has dealt with this well. (And nobody wants to mess with that stuff, it's arguably grosser than nasty drain hair). I'll admit, I was a bit disappointed it didn't actually hide the metal ring at the top of drain, but that's not as bad as a hair catcher growing black nasty and who knows what else. But here's why I had to give 4 stars. 1: I have to clean every other day 2: Ease of cleaning? The smallest size silicone attachment is basically a buncha hooks attached to a central ring. Every OTHER size has a solid outer edge. So I don't know how the designers EXPECTED you to be able to simply "wipe off" the wad of hair that's completely wound around this metal tube with a wide top and a bottom with silicone HOOKS all around the bottom, but it isn't exactly what I would describe as "quick and easy". I have to use a pair of tweezers (their only job in life is to remove nasty drain hair anymore) to loosen the wrapped hair- because otherwise, I'd have to cut it, like cleaning a vacuum beater bar. No thank you. And this is actually pretty easy while it's wet, but it's gross, and all the hair doesn't stay together, they get caught on the hooks, and bits get stuck on the hooks and then end up on the bottom or inside of the TubShroom, which is..... kinda counterproductive. I assume these problems are somewhat specific to the small size silicone catcher attachment. And it's kind of a bummer that you only get one large and one small but TWO of the medium size catcher, because that makes me feel vaguely slighted, since I needed the small size? For lack of a better way of phrasing it. But all in all, I'm VERY glad I got this, given the chance to do it over, I'd buy it again, and I will be recommending it to my friends!

After trying many different drain covers, I took a chance on this. Honestly, it works very well. You just have to clean it every two days. I imagine if you had a lot of people showering, it would clog up faster. But if you don't mind cleaning it with a paper towel once a day it really works! There is a rubber seal around it.And my only concern is that that might deteriorate over time, but i'm several months in using this.And haven't had any issues. It keeps me from having to use drain out and it keeps the plumbers or landlord out of my apartment. The cost alone is worth the risk of trying one. Lol

For it to be such a light weight product, I even expected the jets on my shower head to push it over or spin it and it didn't! So not only does it seal your drain and prevent hair from clogging it but it is also light weight, easy to clean, simple to use, and saves you money in the long run! Definitely a winner to me!

Works great, easy install! I have classical length hair, and two others share my shower that have nearly classical length hair too. I have to snake my shower drain every month which was not fun, so I figured why not give this product a whirl. Best purchase ever, really. It’s a little tall for my drain due to cross bars that held the plug but I couldn’t care less. The additional gaskets that come with it allow for wider or narrower drains. A handful of showers in and it has caught all the hair. I am happy with this product!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It catches ALL my stray hairs and even the dogs hairs after her bath. Ive Never had my shower drain run so well until I found this, I havent had to clean my drain out since!!! Its very simple to use, and comes with multiple size bottoms to fit any drain (as long as you have a drain that can have strainer inserted into it of course), and it hasn't rusted after over 1yr of use! Easy to clean out, just pull it out and remove all the hair it collected on the bottom, with all my hair I have to do it after 1 or 2 showers but doesnt bother me, Much easier than snaking the drain. Absolutely amazing, I've already bought 3 for family and friends. This is a MUST BUY

L'ho preso nonostante il costo perché meraviglioso! Tre donne a casa con i capelli lunghi, io capelli rasati, mi trovavo sempre la doccia con lo scarico tappato e i pieni a mollo ! Ho preso prima quello in gomma bianca, ma col tempo la parte inferiore si è riempita di muffa e deformata, pur continuando a funzionare benissimo. Da qui il passaggio alla versione in acciaio è stata un atto dovuto. Ha 3 anelli adattatori diversi per consentire la corretta installazione dal lavandino alla vasca da bagno, passando per la doccia. È caro, ma li vale fino all'ultimo centesimo. Fantastico anche il tappo a gradini in omaggio che si adatta perfettamente ad ogni scarico del bagno dei tipi elencati sopra (vasca, doccia, lavandino)

Smart liten pryl. Jag har en pop up-propp i badkaret med en central pigg som man skruvar fast proppen på, vilket gör att de flesta hårfällor inte passar. Med den här skruvar jag bort proppen och sätter i den här, som passar över piggen. Eller den passade faktiskt inte för piggen var inte rund nedanför gängorna men tryckte till den med en tång så öppningen blev mer oval och sedan passade den.

Prix un peu élevé mais vaut franchement le coup !!! Depuis que je l’ai je n’ai plus eu de problème avec le débit d’écoulement de la douche qui n’avait aucun filtre et se bloquait pour un rien. Là ça se voit tous les cheveux et résidus de savon s’accroche au filtre et il n’y a plus qu’à enlever à la main une douche sur deux, selon la longueur de vos cheveux bien sûr ! Je recommande à 100%, 20€ bien investis qui j’espère me tiendront longtemps !
