Great tasting rice from Thialand. Been using for years. I won't buy from China.

Tasty & well pkged

Whole grain varieties have gone up in price - doubled - over the years but this is the best brand and quality I've used over the years. Rice holds its shape and doesn't fall apart, becoming mush like other brands. It has a nice whole grain aroma, not musty old moldy like others. This is my go to when it comes to red rice, only wish it wasn't so expensive.

Nice flavor and chewy doesn't stick together

5lbs is a lotta rice! But the rice has a good taste that we both enjoy very much and has not disappointed in any way. It is also far healthier than white rice and so it is now our go to rice. It will take us quite awhile to work our way through all this rice, but it is economical for red rice and I would not hesitate to order it again.

The red rice came already rancid and uneatable. Just like the other bag of black rice, It would turn to mush in my rice cooker and stove top pot method! Usually Dragonfly brand from the local store, if it can be found, is of expected freshness and quite edible. I was excited to share it with my friends! What a big disappointment. And this was the first chance to review it AFTER I actually opened the bags when I got them. I still had this almost whole bag many months later in the bottom of my fridge shoved to the back. I threw the other bag of black out after the second try to cooked some turned to mush. It’s in the trash now too! Yeah I am a bachelor!
