Simple instructions - or more accurate to say over-simplified poorly written instructions. The 5 food sections are numbered - no explanation or reason for that is given. Does #1 have to be filled first or does it have to be the one that is visible in the open section when the lid is in the locked position or removable position ? Claims to allow 5 meals to be served with programmable time between serving set by you though if it worked the 1st of the 5 meals would be in the open section so you are only really feeding your pet 4 times afterwards if you are using this to feed your pet whilst you are not at home. I couldn’t make the wheel move more than one section and only by both having to push the section backwards whilst using the manual rotate button. Every attempt to program automatically failed and trying to manually rotate by pushing the button as instructed moved the section only once and then all you heard was a clicking / clunking sound. The action of a section moving to the ‘feed space’ was very sudden, resulting in dry food being thrown out of the feeder. Cheap and nasty item. I’ll go to a physical shop and view an alternative rather than risk trying another one. Really starting to loose faith in ratings on Amazon

Very good. The timer is brilliant and it fed my cat's on time. The feeding compartments are just big enough for 1 sachet of food. What it could do with is a compartment to keep it cool.

Easy to use but not a large portion size, one of the pots has to stay open so its only really 4 containers as one is left open when you put it down. Also once the time any food that hasn't been eaten moves away so the cats cant get to it.

This is a 'simple' device to feed dogs and cats for periods when you are not at home or working. It was, relatively, easy to use but the instructions are dire. You just move four clicks and it is set but this easy motion is not fully illustrated. However, now we know how to use it, it is a doddle. I used to have a 'cat mate' device which had a cooling feature but this, cheaper, version does not. I did put frozen food in and this worked for the following day - but after that you will need dry feed only. I do have a dry food gravity feeder as well for my 48 hours trips but this feeder seemed to be used more than the usual gravity feeder which is used as a back-up and a 'snack' feature daily so my cat knows it well. The feeder can take a full pouch of cat food easily. I do like this little, cheap, device and feel it is a 100% good idea for weekends away. Feed just before you leave the house .... and every (up to 23 hours 59 seconds thereafter). This means you could feed your cat for upto four days (but only one meal per day and only dry food as there is no ice cooling feature). I fed my cat at 8am (leaving house) then every 12 hours so he had food for the weekend and I was home before 7pm on the Sunday. Great. This little device uses batteries and I may use daily so that my cat has a better routine and is not disturbed when I work overtime etc etc.

Increasingly with goods manufactured in the far east, I find there is something wrong. This one simply did not work. Followed all the instructions, set time to test it, it made a noise when time was up but the tray did not turn to reveal the next compartment of food. Quality control is a real issue with products - this one from Singapore, apparently. I will be avoiding the company.

Worked well for when we went away over Christmas the cat didn’t mind eating out of it.

Il meccanismo è facilmente programmabile con intervalli personalizzati, molto comodo quando si devono lasciare da soli i propri animali domestici per uno o due giorni. La velocità di rotazione dei piattini è un po' forte, se caricati con pochi croccantini alcuni rischiano di uscire. Nel complesso un buon prodotto

El producto va perfecto la unica pega que le puedo encontrar esque no se puede programar a una hora concreta se programa por horas por no tener reloj, tiene para poner 5 tomas por lo de mas a mi ya me va perfecto , ya provado y perfecto

Quando gira il cestello , talmemte e' violento che i croccantini volano fuori dallo stesso.

El comedero realiza su función de cambiar según el tiempo que le pongas, pero.... no funciona de la mejor forma, para que funcione tienes que girar la parte de abajo para que gire, tiene como un muelle que al llegar la hora, salta y libera el muelle hasta la siguiente comedero pero este salta de golpe y muchas veces el pienso por el impacto salta por todos lados. La pega mas grande es que la tapa superior blanca se abre con mucha facilidad, así que la mascota la abre si fuerza un poco y se come todo. La tengo debajo de peso para que no pueda abrirla.
