They help!
My breasts were a little inflamed from being new to breastfeeding and it really helped to be able to put these on after I had chilled them down.

Only 2 gels in the pack not 4 as advertised !!

Pros and cons
Advertised as a 4 pack, only received 2. Trying to work out if the two pads and two covers is actually what is meant by “4 pack”. I do enjoy the product itself, although I would say the heat only lasts around 10 mins. Have not tried cold.

Will not be using
Only received pack of 2 not 4 as advertised. Could not feel the heat or cold through the covers. When using as cold compress the pads become warm very quickly. Will not be using.

These breast therapy packs helped me so much during my breastfeeding journey. I had a strong milk supply, and using these made a huge difference in comfort and relief. They are easy to use, comfortable, and really helped when I felt engorged or needed extra support while nursing. The option to use them warm or cold is amazing and very practical. I truly recommend this to any mom planning to breastfeed — it brought me so much relief and made the process more comfortable. Definitely something I wish I had from the very beginning!
