Sharp and good ergonomics
The rounded tip and heavy handle makes this small santoku feels shorter. The plus side is the stiff/rigid blade with good weight like chefs knife unlike other 5” santoku. Great for small jobs when cooking only for self. Blade stays super sharp comparable to my VG10 blades many times the price. The angled forged bolster is lovely to grip and makes the blade easy to clean. Love the range for price and performance. Bought the steak knife also and considering more.
