This product has some absolutely awesome effects for me for the huge boost in focus and retention for tech training. Combined with Iodine (detoxidine) and Vitamin D3 (with K2 of course). The amount in it was 840mg, where most other products have only 12% of the active ingredient, making it a great value - not even sure I'd see any results with competitor's trivial amount - 100mg - since PC is known for low absorption rates. Friends I shared this with reported similar results. (They are are larger gel pills though.) But I don't like buying vitamins from some 3rd party through Amazon and it doesn't look like they are stocking it - even though Solgar has testing regimes for purity and off-brands are not well known. Very disappointing. When a product is often out of stock - buy more rather than just running out and shifting off to other brands. It's for the brain - I really don't want some off-label product there. Bring this back - or allow some option to be on a wait list.

I usually combine this with Phosphatidylserine. And I must say this stuff is great, there are days when it doesn't seem to help as much as I'd like. Which makes me think it has to be during a certain mental phase or when your body is low on certain resources. So you definitely want to make sure you take this at the right time, not so much a scheduled time but more based upon what you are feeling and are mentally going through around that time. So once you build up some good muscle memory on timing it. This product is fantastic, it's like getting an actual mental energy boost. And what I mean by that is, I don't feel like it boosts your brains "potential" output, so it won't make you smarter. But simply speaking, as time goes on throughout the day we get mentally tired, or if you are doing more mental stuff than usual or are getting stressed, you often feel extremely mentally drained afterwards. ( I know I do) This simply helps you re-gain that mental energy you lost throughout the day. So this is fantastic for anyone that works longer shifts, or has a lot of things going on after work that you need to be mentally there for. This is the product you absolutely need for days like that.

This is taken partially as a precursor of Acetylcholine which has many benefits to nutrition and health . This helps on that regard . No off taste factors or smell . Good value for the money.

I started using it a week ago combined with vitamin b5, and nootropics, I have felt more mental energy, less exhaustion at night and more sustained energy. In addition, it has eliminated the headaches caused by nootropics, I perceive it as a very clean vitamin, as described, it does not cause me any stomach discomfort or adverse effects. It is worth clarifying that I always read and am guided by the negative comments not by the best, since the negatives are always more honest and here I did not see anything transcendental that would avoid my purchase in terms of the product

I definitely notice a difference in my cognition when I take these. Must be taken consistently for best results.

the company is top notch as are their products; however, these capsules are too big to easily swallow. despite being liberally described as gel caps, they are anything but... they are extremely hard; coupled with their size, i have had major issues with them getting stuck in my throat. the final time i attempted to take them, one lodged in my throat horizontally and took a while to get loose. it actually bruised my throat, which was sensitive for days thereafter. i cannot recommend these for anyone who has ever had problems swallowing large capsules. this was my first such problem with any like supplement.

That they are not reliable//// The product arrived spoiled after waiting 2 weeks. They should understand that the gel capsules are need to be sent in some cold ice to keep the capsules from become spoiled
