My husband wanted a clock for our bathroom that would display the time so he could see it while he was getting ready without having to pause to check his cell phone. I wanted a white clock that was lightweight enough to be mounted with the 3M Velcro-like wall strips so no more counter space is eaten up. This clock was perfect and it is lightweight enough to mount with command strips! It is very easy to set. Press and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds. The first option it gives you is to toggle between 12 hour & 24 hour military time settings. Hit Mode again and it lets you change the hour, up or down, so you can set it fast. Hit Mode again and you set the minutes. Hit mode again and you set the month, then day and year. Don't touch any button on the clock for 20 seconds and it saves these settings. You're done! Temperature is pretty close to accurate. It's 1 degree off what our thermostat says but I don't trust the thermostat either so.....

I purchased this to replace (a few different) analog clock(s) in our master bathroom that always got stuck when the shower steam filled the room. I was concerned that perhaps this clock would have issues with the steam too, but for the price, I figured I'd try it. It has been in our bathroom for two months now with no issues. I really like how large the display is, even through a steam filled shower door I can check the time when running late. I have not used it's other features, as I just got it for the clock, but happy that it displays time and temperature as well. For the price, you can't go wrong with this clock. It is well built, stands up to a steam filled room, and has a large, easily read, display. I am ordering two more for other rooms in our house as we need clocks in them and I know this one won't let me down!

a) I wish I had read more reviews/questions to notice that there was no backlight to the clock. Thus - this would not be functional at night. b) I wish I'd noticed that the date format is dd/mm - I find it confusing as I noticed I keep noting the wrong date. c) I needed this clock for work. 1) to tell the time 2) to note the date. It functions very well - easy directions - and works as described. I can't complain - considering the price paid. If I'd wanted more - I'd have paid double - as done previously for a home clock. Overall -

I bought 6 of these clocks to cover places where we had wall phones and they look great. I think they look better than other wall clocks I looked at that cost nearly 3 times as much. The European format date ( day first followed by month) may cause some people some concern but you seldom look at a clock to determine the date and even when you do SURELY you know what month it is! The LCD is very bright in ambient light but totally dark when there is no light. That's an advantage in battery life and in bedrooms where the large LCD would be too bright if illuminated but COULD be a disadvantage in some situations so you may need a different clock if you need illumination. ADDED 11/26/2021: I have had these clocks over 2 years and all 6 are still working perfectly. Some other reviewers have not been as fortunate but not many. But based on even the few I have read I decided at this price I would buy a couple of spares just in case. I haven't seen anything as good at 3 times the price. Needless to say I am very happy how well they covered the wall phone phone boxes! Update over 4 years later: All 6 are still working great! I am still very happy with this purchase and just bought one as a spare in case one ever fails. Battery life for me has been over a year. Other reviewers have said 6 months so I suspect they started with weak batteries. As the battery wears out the display gets a little weaker but is still very readable so they would probably last much longer than a year but I replace them when I notice a difference in contrast. Also many reviewers comment about the European date format (day before month). Sure, the US format would be better but can it really confuse anyone? How many times do you NOT know what month it is?

I purchased this for my mother. I wanted a digital wall clock that would be easy to read. This is definitely filling that requirement, the only thing is that everything is in bold print that makes it easy to ready except for the day of the week, it can be read just not in bold print. The only thing that could make this better if it was backlit so it would be easy to be read at night. My mother has to monitor her bp many times at day and night and this makes it easy to read the date time and temperature inside. A great product for anyone needing larger than normal digital clock.

This clock - that I purchased 2+ years ago, started to fade, then it slowed. When I tried to update the exact time, it started blinking. I thought "oh no!" but then I had a little faith and changed the 2 AAA batteries. Works perfectly again! One of the best features is the seconds count. I used this when doing workouts like planks. I have 3 of these all around the house. Easy to see, and now I know it lasts too.

Nice clock for daytime. Time does not display at night or should I say in the dark. Other wise,great display number size,easy to set. Adjust the light settings and it would be great.

excellent product ,has english system date before month ,which saves confusion. very large ,easy to read for elderly person .only downside, flashing dots on time off putting.excellent product

I bought this for my 87-year-old dad to stop him from asking my mum what the date and day was... every day. It's perfect, nice and big, like an iPad, time easy to read and every morning he can check what day it is. Easy to set up, looks neat and it's been a real help to them both.
