Men's Crowley Softshell Jacket

This jacket is great for cold weather and light rain. I attended a sporting event and was in the rain for almost two hours. I stayed dry the whole time. The inner lining of the coat protects against wind keeping you warm and comfortable. The outer zipper pocket fits a phone perfect. I would say it's a medium weight coat, I wore a vest under it for added warmth.

Had to return, too tight through the shoulders. Husband loved it, but couldn't wear it.

Great jacket. I wear mostly x large shirts. I ordered the jacket in extra large. Throughout the body, perfect fit. The arms are a little long. But with the adjustment cuffs, not an issue, totally rain proof, so makes a great jacket for the range or being in the woods. I recommend it.

I love this jacket. It's rain repellant. I can comfortably wear a medium over my medium hoodie and it's not constricting. Does have a decent amount of stretch and it seems very durable. Definitely worth the money. The pockets are lined and stay warm. I can comfortably wear this with a hoodie in wisconsin winters.

Very well made, fits as expected in the torso, sleeves seem long until you raise your arms and the cuffs don't slide up to your elbows. Great for layering with a hoodie.

Have not yet tested in the field, but on first impressions, it seems to meet what I intended it for: a durable, well-priced garment for working in the yard without worrying about scuffs and stains (mine is moss, which is a great color, and on sale), and its understated design makes it good for casual outings. It is heavy, which gives it a protective feel, and the materials inside and out seem well constructed. Being fleece-lined, it is not for warm climates, and breathability may not be great, so you can't expect it to fare well with high intensity, sustained work. I would agree with other reviewers about size - it is supposed to be "relaxed fit" but, even with the stretchy fabric, it feels more tailored like a slim fit, compared to my Carhartt Washed Duck Sherpa-Lined Hoodie, in same size small, so some might find movement and layering a bit constrictive and limiting. It is wind- and water-repellant, so buy a dedicated rain shell if you expect it to be wind- and water-proof. I give it a five-star review since it meets my needs.

I love this jacket so much. It's very well made like all Carhart product. Love the pocket front zipper pocket for wallet, phone, and sunglasses. When the weather drops to freezing, this is my go to jacket. Extremely warm. Blocks wind, rain, and snow very well. It'll last me for years and I'm so happy it will.

I hesitated at first - it's hard to find a jacket that not only looks good on a fat guy ( 6'0 300 lbs ) but can also handle the cold elements. To my surprise.. its a great fit, super stylish and the major plus factor - my belly doesn't pop out - me looking like a pregnant man - no offense to anyone.. and I've been out there in 20 degree weather with a hoodie and this jacket and Im fine. Great Quality.and It's a trusted brand.
