Buy this Heating Pad, you will be very happy you did! I purchased the Tizlo Purple XL Heating Pad, and then two days later, found out about and ordered the Tizlo PINK XL Heating Pad. I use heating pads A LOT for medical needs, and they have already been helpful for my comfort and pain relief. The heat provided is reliable, and I can feel the difference each time I raise the "setting level". The Colours are Beautiful and the fabric is soft and plush, adding to my comfort. I emailed Tizlo with an enquiry, and received a response less than an hour later. The Customer Service department was very helpful, gracious, informative and they thanked me for my feedback, and for being a customer. This is a company that obviously cares about its customers, and stands proudly behind Tizlo products So, for now, I'm warm, comfortable, and I'm happy!

I've had this heating pad for a few months now, and I must say it has been the best money spent. It is the perfect size for laying over my lower stomach for bloating/cramps and also for my lower back aches. The attached controller for adjusting the amount of heat works great (buttons and display screen are big/clear), and the fact that it has a safety option button (only runs for two hours, then shuts off) is amazing. It does not take long to heat up either, which is great! It has 6 settings (1 - 6 & six being the highest heat setting) I have noticed that I have had to use the highest setting in order for it to relieve/relax my target area. Again that could just be me and how my body works, other people may like to have a lower amount of heat. Overall I am very happy with it and hope it lasts a long time.

PERFECT!!!! Just right heat setting, easy to use, sooo soft and plush and a gorgeous color. I use it daily while working (anemic in office setting) it’s the prefect piece of comfort to keep me comfortable throughout my day. I’ve also slept with it before for cramps, no issues at all. The warranty speaks for itself, i bought a CVS brand heating pad which was more expensive and it broke in a week. I’ve now had this months and still works and looks like new. 100% recommend.

After borrowing my mother's heating pad, she convinced me to buy my own (lol). I ordered this in Sept 2020, and it arrived at the time I was expecting it. It is a large sized pad, perfect for the back area and I recently used it for pain associated with hamstring soreness/tightness due to my workout. It heats up quickly and the heat temp is adjustable. I love the 2hr shut-off or continuous heat option too! 6 months later and it is still going strong. (Muscle emoji) I emailed the company with a question and they got back to me a few hours later. I emailed a couple more questions and each time the response was quick and each person who replied had a professional and kind email-demeanor. They just really made sure I was satisfied with everything. I am! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heating pad... I also have one in purple.

I love the light on the mode setting display, pink is very vibrant hot pink 😍 easy to use ! Extra long for complete pain relieve , option to use only 2 hrs or stay on (stays warm and you can Avoid using buttons constantly) The ONLY improvement it really needs is heating up a little Faster and I’d say the HIGHEST heating setting is not as warm as my other heating pad ... but that’s probably why my other heating pad had “burn related stains” on the heating pad cover , which I saw that this heating pad can be removed from the cord and thrown in wash (which I probably won’t be doing just to avoid problems) cleaning with some shout and a damp cloth will do just fine ! Not terrible for $26 and mine came with free shipping from this seller , the other sellers charge $5.99 or something for shipping ! I’d say purchase this heating pad , if you love pink , not a blazing hot high setting, and Extra length ! Hope this helps :) I wish it did come in a Neon pink shade, but I have no problem with hot pink !

I got this first of August 2020. I barely used it a few times. I read the instructions and was very easy with it. It was never mishandled or even washed yet. It worked fine first couple times then I got it out to use other day and it won't come on and just shows a flashing F. I thought since I barely used it gently tht it would at least last till the end of 5 yr warranty. But it didn't even make it to the 3 yr mark. Now I just wanna knw wht to do to get it replaced. I'm sure I'll also buy another kind now tht way I'll hv a good backup to hv.

This heating pad is exactly what I was looking for! It’s beautiful color and size is perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. It also has the perfect level of heat and settings are easy to use.

I was so excited when I seen this pink heating pad. Due to medical issues; I use a heating pad frequently through out the day. Unfortunately, once you turn it on, that is the warmest it will ever be and kept getting colder & colder so that it was barely warm and that was on the continuously on setting. Apparently it may have been one that was sold to a previous owner because it didn't have the shrink wrap on the plug prongs as most items do these days. Bottom line, not worth the money at all. But I did LOVE the color. Will go back to my Sunbeam heating pads.
