Finger Stylus Ring (size Small); On-hand Ring Stylus with Dust-plug and Keychain for Capacitive Touchscreens; Set of 2 TxtRng;) designed for thumb or index

The product is shipped with two txtrngs (presumably you could put one on each thumb for texting), a carabiner, and a string with a plug on one end and a spring connector on the other. The rating is for the txtrngs. I have reservations about the carabiner. The txtrngs consist of a silicone (somewhat stretchy) ring and a soft nib, that works like a stylus. If you have calluses or wet hands, want finer control with the touch screen, or simply don't like touching the screen directly, these txtrngs will do the trick. They come in small and large (the manu's website says there is also a medium, but I've never seen one for sale). For small hands, the small rings are fine. But I would advise a large for medium to small hands. The trick is going to be keeping the txtrng with the phone/ipad. The plug on the string is designed to safely fit in the audio jack, which may work for some. The string connects to the carabiner; I think I would have preferred if it connected directly to the txtring. The carabiner can be used to hang the txtrngs on a key chain, or simply to keep the txtrings in a pocket or pouch. I bought a set of both the large and small rings for the family, and I found the carabiners were stiff, and didn't always close despite being spring loaded. But they are functional, and such a small part of the package that I did not take any stars off. A stylus is nice, but hard to keep track of. These txtrngs offer stylus functionality for every day use, and offer a couple options to keep the device and the txtrngs near each other.

Used it on my 7 inch tablet. Produced false multiple touches. Like on some map app to zoom in I keep my finger for a second on a screen and it zooms in once even though my finger is still there. With the finger stylus it keep on zooming in. The stylus tip is a rubber bubble and it was for me harder to touch the targeted point on the screen than with plain fingers. Does not work if the stylus ring is not placed on your skin like wearing it on a glove. Overall for me a useless device.

I think the idea of this product is better than the actual item. It looks good, it fits well enough (though a little tight at times) but when it comes to actual performance the stylus tip popped out after 1 day and will not stay in the rubber grip. This was $10.00 a pair which I think is too much for so little use.

After using these for awhile now, I'm finding they're OK, but not great. They work more often than not, but you have to hit the stylus at just the right angle and pressure. I've ordered both the size Large and Small, since I can't find Mediums for sale anywhere and neither size fits right. Large falls off my fingers, even with the traction of driving gloves on, and small is like kids size. These folks are on the right track with their idea for this product, but still needs some perfecting. I'll continue looking for a more effective product for my needs, because these don't provide the perfect solution for me.

This stylus works well but takes some getting used to the touch. I would actually prefer one the has a fingertip touch. However, I have not had any luck finding one for an iPhone. It appears to run a little large because I bought a medium it it was too large. I bought another in small. My ring finger is a 7/7.5 so this gives you an idea of sizing for the pointer finger or thumb.

I give this product 5 stars primarily for one major reason - I got exactly what I expected. I got exactly what I paid for. And, they work exactly as I expected them to. Some reviews on here talk about the tips falling off. This has not been my experience. In fact, I wonder about those reviewers usage - were they wrestling bears while wearing them? Simply put, these are cool little capacitive pens on your fingertips. Very easy to use as opposed to pulling a pen out each and every time. And, not to mention all of the "wow - cool! Where can I get some?" comments I've received. Great price, great product, quick delivery. 5 stars all around!

I ordered this as a gift for my husband. He isn't a big guy, but they didn't fit comfortable on his fingers or thumbs. He tried to get used to using them, but just couldn't make them work effectively for him - he is a pretty coordinated guy, who likes to try new things so if he couldn't get used to them, I'm not sure who can.

I have slim fingers so ordered the small size.. They fit just right. Though one must be careful about dislodging them as they would be even easer to lose than u regular stylus and we all know too well how easy that is. They work great for their intended use. Wonderful for thumb typing. But there is another use that is really good. One can be combined with a regular stylus to pinch or zooming in. And this usage keeps finger prints off the screen. These little babies are highly recommended.
