Why the difference in quantity last time I got 15 boxes with 20 in a pack this time only 8 in a pack why the sudden change?

It's because Amazon seems to think it's clever lumping all the same items from different Sellers into the same category and product code (not to mention "Reviews"!.... don't even get me started on that subject ha!) when picking the item. 
Even IF you try to make sure it's the exact same Seller you've bought from before - you can still end up with the tiny incense boxes instead of the large hexagon-shaped boxes, that you ARE actually supposed to receive! Which - in turn - gives Seller feedback lower ratings (so Sellers really need to look into this and challenge Amazon!).
It's hit & miss and a lucky-dip because someone at Amazon Logistics (who supply direct from their warehouse - from the stock they hold of the Sellers) has deemed it the exact same item - so when the Pickers go to get the items from their shelves (or the robots, depending which warehouse they come from) then they have no idea that it's different from what the "actual" product should/shouldn't look like - therefore, they literally pick what's there. I know this, as my nephew works there & has explained this to me, as I was furious having to keep sending back the tiny ones! 
The products are completely different from one another - the hexagon-shaped ones are far superior to the tiny-boxed ones & there's practically double the quantity in them - plus they last way longer and do not burn up within 60 seconds like the tiny-boxed ones do!
This is why you are seeing the huge difference in the reviews because some recieved the tiny-boxed ones and others received the hexagon-shaped ones, that we ARE supposed to receive.

can anyone please differentiate between sandalwood and agarwood? What would be better and why?
